Problems And Strategies Of Elementary School Campus Safety Management

Children are the future and hope of the country,which security issues involve happiness of every family in China and it is related to social development and stability.The school is a place for educational activities.Campus safety is the foundation to carry out educational activities in school.The strengthening of the elementary school security is to ensure the personal and property safety of the school teachers and students,is the important factors for the construction of the harmonious campus,is the necessary requirement for cultivating and practicing socialist core values,is basic premise for doing to like to let satisfied education in people.In this study,zhucheng city was selected as an example,and the current elementary school campus safety management was carried out through questionnaires and interviews forms.The basic situation and the weak link of the current elementary school campus safety management were analyzed systematically,the roots of the elementary school campus safety management were explored,the research analyzes the campus safety management problems,and a series of ideas and countermeasures for improving and strengthening zhucheng elementary school campus safety management were put forward in order to provide reference for the healthy development of the elementary school campus and a solid foundation for steady development for elementary school campus safety education.This research is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,analyzing systematically related literature and material,clearing about the necessity of the elementary school campus safety management and the basic situation and trend of the domestic and foreign related research,putting forward research ideas and main content,methods,significance and innovation.The second part is the summary analysis of the results of the survey.By means of questionnaire and interviews for 10 primary schools in zhucheng and data analysis,this study analyzed systematically the current situation of the current elementary school campus safety management from next ten parts,such as the investigation of the school safe organization and leadership,the safety management system,teachers team construction and professional training,security personnel situation,teacher's education idea,the students' safety consciousness,safety facilities construction usage,safety emergency response mechanism and emergency drills,school safety concerns,parent-school cooperative condition.The third part is the analysis of the main problems and reasons,based on the current status of elementary school campus safety management,written from five aspects: Distemperedness of campus security management system is not sound,lack of teachers' safety training,and low of security personnel quality;Lack of teachers' ideological education,and thin of students' safety consciousness;Insufficiency of funds investment,lack of safety and monitoring devices;Existing problems of security preparedness,and unsuitability of reformation;noncooperation between families and schools,and so on.The fourth part is some strategies to improve the campus safety management.Based on the main problems of the campus safety management,some strategies to improve the campus safety management were provided in the combine of questionnaire and interviews in order to provide quiet and peaceful environment for children,build peace and harmonious atmosphere between teachers and students,and promote the physical,mental health and happy growth of pupils.
