A Study On Campus Safety Management System Of Primary And Middle School

With relevant national policies, the construction of "safe campus" and "green campus" are under way. Students because of its unique variety of qualities become the vulnerable ones in the society and country, which will affect the future development of our country. And schools safety, in the macro level, as the important part of the social security, directly related to the stability of the whole society. Children accident will bring family tragedy. Therefore students are directly related to the happiness of the family. The construction of harmonious campus correspondingly will become an important part of a harmonious society building. In the micro level, a school safety accident directly affects the development of the student body and mind. In most cases, the safety accident will not only hurt the student body, but also endanger their mental health, even can produce lasting negative effects. Therefore, it is imperative for the school and the government to prevent the occurrence of school accidents and fundamentally keep the students away from danger. Because the development of country and society are grow up together with their health and safety.Conforming to the uniqueness of the teenagers in the campus safety management requirements, this paper discusses the current situation of current campus safety management mechanism, problems and also analyzes reasons of these from the perspective of the government and schools. In order to discuss the optimization of campus security management mechanisms and to explore how to improve the existing mechanism, from two angles respectively, the article is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction; mainly tell the background and significance of campus security management mechanism at the compulsory education stage. The structure of this paper and train of thought were determined on the basis of collation of the Chinese and foreign research.The second part is the definition explanation, a good policy foundation comes from a good conceptual understanding, only fully understand the concept and meaning of a thing, will we make the optimization policy better and adapt to the development direction of an era.The third part discusses the campus safety management present situation analysis at the stage of nine-year compulsory education. From the point of the special existing mechanism in china, it describes the safety management of the existing mechanism, content, insufficiency and other aspects. It also summarized the cause of our campus safety management status.The fourth part uses for reference of campus safety management experience in the United States, which tell their growing experience of improving the related safety management mechanism. It shows our shortage in that aspect. According to the experience of China’s national conditions for screening, this paper again sums up the suitable way and draws lessons from the experience to help improve China’s campus safety management mechanism.The fifth part tells the content of the campus safety management mechanism and implementation strategy in our country. The compulsory education phase optimization path is divided into two levels. One way is to, through the school level, improve safety consciousness, improve the safety measures, strengthen safety education, and improves the campus safety emergencies; the other way is to improve the campus security management system, do a good job of campus security monitoring, to strengthen the management of campus safety education and training, through the government level.With the common administrative controls, coordinating all segments of society governance will improve the efficiency of management, innovation mechanism and improve the campus security management system; all in all, this paper provides specific feasible suggestion.
