Research On The Promotion Policies Of Disability Sports In Tokyo And Its Enlightenment On Beijing

Disability sports is an essential part of competitive sports in general,the accessibility of participating in sports should be a right for every member of society including disabled people.Helping Develop this important kind of sport will have a positive impact on the lives of disabled people and by achieving this,the equality gap between healthy and disabled people will be dramatically reduced and result in a fully functional and harmonious society.In recent years China,has improved a lot in the disabled sports field,however in major cities like Beijing,there is more focus on competitive disabled sports and rather than the general of well-being of disabled athletes.The main obstacles slowing down the development of competitive sports in China's major cities are lack of the training facilities,equipment,professional training staff and government financial support which are currently being improved.A excellent example of a country with a well-developed support structure for disability sports is Japan,which has a relatively complete disabled sport development system from national to local sectors.The sports policy for the disabled in Tokyo is represented by “The Promotion Project of the disability sports in Tokyo” paper released by the authorities has a very important reference value for the development of disability sports in China.In this essay Tokyo was used as the main example to analyse the promotion disability sport policy itself and the environment in which the policy has been released by using techniques such as public policy processing theory,comparative analysation,reference reading technique and case study.The techniques mentioned earlier were then used to learn from Japan's promotion policy and implement all its advantages into Beijing's 2022 Paralympic games.Furthermore,the analysation of Japan's policies will impel the Chinese government to release disabled sports policies and combine the mainstream sport and the disabled sport into one category.This will also push the government to change their approach towards the handling of disabled sports.establish the scientific policy evaluation policy,strengthen the new media thinking of media public relations propaganda and other political optimization.
