Study On The Development Of Conmmunity Sport Clubs Supported By Enterprises

Community Sports Club is to provide a public service community sports organizations,It’s appeared to meet the new situation requires transformation of government functions,at the same time to make up for the supply of market-based sports can not meet the needs of diverse sports,And also is the use of community resources, strengthen community functions, solve community problems, to develop projects that benefit a community sports and mass sports.In this study, choose "sport into the community" work made great achievements in community sports club XiHang as the research object,relying on research enterprise development model club,study concluded that lack of hope XiHang and community sports club development can learn from,provide assistance for the development of community sports work.In this paper, literature, research fieldwork, interviews, logical analysis, case studies and other methods,through community sports club XiHang site visits, and club managers, members and community sports instructor interviews to understand the basic situation of the XiHang community sports development, club development background, organizational management, daily operations, combined with the development of the characteristics of analyze the relationship between the government community sports clubs, businesses and communities.Through the study found, XiHang model of community sports clubs rely on enterprise development, easing the pressure on the government to work in sports into the community and help create a good social atmosphere; solve community sports club was founded at the beginning, no capital, no management no members to participate in the question; so that the community sports club can quickly and effectively integrate the resources of community sports.At the same time, this model relies on the development of enterprises also exposed some drawbacks, as follows:First, the easy to make community sports and sports staff confusion, affecting the health experience of other community residents, contrary to the fundamental purpose of fitness;Second, companies excessive intervention club management, club hinder future development; and third, the market impact of the club level; Fourth, the development prospects are not clear, so that the masses into sports work responsibilities regardless, disorganized dilemma.
