Plateau training is developed in recent years,a scientific training method,is the use of high altitude hypoxia stimulation of the stress response,with the scientific movement program to mobilize the body function,improve athletic ability.In recent years on the basis of altitude training on the basis of the gradual establishment of a low oxygen training methods,low oxygen training so that athletes at different altitudes using different hypoxic stimulation,rest recovery to give a certain hypoxic stimulation,so that the body produces more intense Emergency stimulus effect to improve athletic performance.In this study,we used hypoxia training in low-oxygen chamber to establish animal training model to study the effect of hypoxia training on myocardial mitochondrial respiratory chain enzyme activity and hypoxia training in rat myocardial complex enzyme ? subunit ND1 gene expression.,In different load hypoxia training mode,the effect of hypoxia incremental load training is the best,may be a better training mode.methodology descriptionMale healthy 2-month-old Wistar rats(provided by the Experimental Animal Center of the Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences)with a body weight of 150 ± 10 g.National standard rodent breeding,free drinking water,room temperature 23-25 ???,relative humidity 40% to 60%,natural lighting.Feeding room,utensils and other regular sterilization.The rats were divided into 6 groups: normal control group(CA),hypoxia resting control group(DA),constant load low living group(CH),increasing load low living group(DD),constant load(DH),the increase in high load high training low training group(DD).Each group of 8,the use of horizontal animal treadmill for endurance training,homemade hypoxia chamber,hypoxia height simulated altitude of 3500 meters(hypoxia oxygen concentration of13.6%).Oxygen training altitude to Lanzhou City,as the starting point for altitude training,height 1500 meters.The activity of mitochondrial complex enzyme,the activity of myocardial mitochondrial complex SOD and the expression of subunit ND1 gene of myocardial mitochondrial complex I were measured after 5 weeks of training.SPSS17.0 software for data statistics and analysis.Results(1)There was no significant difference in body weight before training.After 5weeks of training,the body weight of rats increased in different ranges.Through the above six groups can be seen CH(normal oxygen increasing group),DH(hypoxia constant group),DD(hypoxia increasing group).The three groups are growing at the fastest.The growth rate of CA(normoxic group),CD(normoxic group)and DA(hypoxia group)were slower than those of control group(P> 0.05)The(2)Different exercise hypoxia training will increase the number of RBC,hemoglobin and hematocrit in rats,and the white blood cell count of rats after hypoxia training will decrease.White blood cell count the most obvious impact.Compared with CA(normoxic group),the activity of myocardial mitochondrial complex enzyme ?increased significantly(P <0.01)and increased by 34.6%.The activity of myocardial mitochondrial complex ? was significantly increased(P <0.01)(P <0.01),and increased by 77.4%.The increase of myocardial mitochondrial complex ? was significant(P <0.01)(3)The activity of myocardial mitochondrial complex ? was significantly increased(P <0.01)increased by 3.8%,while the activity of complex enzyme ? was significantly decreased(P <0.01),and the activity of complex enzyme ? was significantly higher than that of CA(normoxic group)(P <0.01),increased by 3.2%,and the activity of myocardial mitochondrial complex ? was significantly increased by9.5%(P <0.01),and the activity of myocardial mitochondrial complex ? was significantly increased(P <0.01)The activity of myocardial mitochondrial SOD in the rat was increased after 5 weeks of training,and the myocardial mitochondrial activity was significantly increased(P <0.01)compared with that of CA(normoxic group)%(P<0.01),increased by 17.4%,and the DA,DD,DH and DA in the other three hypoxia groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.01)(P <0.01).The activity of DA(hypoxia group)and CH(normoxic group)were significantly increased(P <0.01),and the activity of mitochondrial enzymes in the three groups increased significantly(P <0.01)(P> 0.05),a decrease of 5.6% was not statistically significant;(2.12)> DH(2.81)> DA(2.18)> CD(1.21)> CH(6)The expression level of the basic expression amount of the subunit ND1 of the myocardial respiratory chain complex enzyme I(1.14)> CA(1).(P> 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(P <0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)After five weeks of hypoxia training,can significantly promote the growth and development of rats,different load hypoxia training can effectively improve the number of rat red blood cells,hemoglobin production,improve hematocrit,but will Reduce the number of white blood cells.(2)The effect of hypoxia load on myocardial mitochondrial complex enzyme ?,? and ? under different load was increased,and the activity was the most obvious training method for hypoxia load increasing training.The activity of myocardial mitochondrial complex enzyme ? was significantly decreased.(3)The expression of subunit ND1 in myocardium mitochondrial respiratory chain complex enzyme I significantly affected the activity of myocardium mitochondrial complex enzyme ?,? and ?.(4)In the aspects of influencing the blood index,myocardial mitochondrial free radical metabolism and respiratory chain function,the hypoxia increasing load is more positive than other hypoxia training mode.
