Along with the social and economic development and the requirements of the physical education curriculum reform,the physical education in the teaching of the role more and more important.Today,however,only from the Angle of physical education skills master has been difficult to meet the need of high school students.In the new period,PE lessons should take the need of students' into consideration so that to strengthen the psychological quality and will quality.In the meanwhile,physical education curriculum is to cultivate students' basic knowledge and basic skills as well as raise the awareness of doing more proper exercises,daring to face the difficult spiritual and good team cooperation for high school students.In this way,high school students can build up basis of the consciousness of lifelong sports.Therefore,high school physical education curricula should establish the suitable lessons for high school students and achieve "advance with The Times".Outdoor trekking as a new leisure sports,with its advantages as high safety,low barriers to entry and low carbon environmental protection as well as easy to do and so on,has been popular in teenagers and been the first choice for them.What's more,outdoor trekking has been into high schools' physical lessons with its different organization forms and teaching models which gives a new channel to education for all-round development achievement.Research methods used in the dissertation are literature review,questionnaire and experts'interview as well as mathematical statistics method.Combing the studies of outdoor trekking in universities and the characteristics of outdoor trekking,The author uses random sampling method to investigate and interview 7 high school students and PE teachers in Conghua District In addition,some experts in outdoor trekking are visited at the same time.All of them are given their opinions in the necessary and practicability of outdoor trekking which will be introduced into high schools so that it provides the practical suggestions to the physical sports' syllabus with some theories and methods.Also,it can examine the practicability of the outdoor trekking in high schools.This thesis focused on the following problem:Can Outdoor trekking be incorporated into the high school physical education as an organic part of physical education?Through the collection and analysis of data,the results are as follow.1,Outdoor trekking met the requirements of the sports and health curriculum standards in general high school,and it is a new content of the reform of physical education curriculum in senior high school.2,Setting up Outdoor trekking in Conghua middle school has beneficial supplement to traditional physical education.It will enrich and perfect the content of high school physical education,and provide more physical exercises for students.3,Outdoor trekking to promote the development of students' physical and mental,forming good will quality,therefore,it is necessary to introduce outdoor trekking sports into high school classroom.4,It is feasible to open outdoor trekking course in high school in Conghua district.Students have a strong desire to carry out Outdoor trekking in middle school physical education.5,Conghua district is rich in local natural resources,hiking routes and security facilities,to meet the Outdoor trekking into the high school classroom conditions required.6,Conghua high school physical education teachers can meet the Outdoor trekking teaching.
