the National Games of the people’s event in the Thirteenth National games.Sing the "national fitness and Olympic counterparts",Ballon volleyball has moved to the country,which will be a new upsurge of sports.In Guangxi this place whether everyone has become an independent school,love the Ballon volleyball sport,the best development of the city of Nanning,Liuzhou,the Guilin City,constantly in the public needs of the Ballon Volleyball fitness under the condition that the Ballon volleyball club like bamboo shoots after a spring rain establishment and growth,has become a kind of fashion,the pursuit of high-quality citizens the fitness of life,but also become a beautiful landscape of Guangxi Ballon volleyball.Most Ballon Volleyball enthusiasts want to join the club,because there is a regular venue,good environment inside,there are regular coaches,and a group of like-minded,the level of the friends of the ball,so that they get exercise,communication and happiness.As a result,the air volleyball is the most popular sport in the town,and it is also a unique mass sport in Guangxi.As a popular sport,there are some problems in the present stage of management,such as the confusion of the organizational structure,imperfect rules and regulations,insufficient development funds and so on.As a result of the combination of sports and the market,the sports club is formed with the development of society,economy and market.Ballon Volleyball is bound to the development path of the club,to find out the problems existing in the management of the volleyball club,regulate the operation and management of the club,is the problem we need to solve at the present stage.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,investigation and management situation of Guangxi Ballon Volleyball Club:the club such as organizational structure,personnel structure,business scope,resource management,cultural management,social club evaluation conducted a comprehensive investigation,and find out the main problems found in the volleyball club the stage of existence,put forward the concrete and feasible countermeasures.The results show that:The following problems of the management status quo of Guangxi Ballon Volleyball Club:(1)the lack of support and supervision of the relevant departments,relying on independent investment and maintenance,resulting in the development of Ballon Volleyball and volleyball clubs are not synchronized.(2)the club propaganda means single,there is no news media reports,the audience’s attention to Natural Ballon Volleyball reduced.(3)a single source of funds,mainly rely on sponsors and membership dues,access to limited funds.(4)the daily management of the club is loose,the daily activity management lacks the clear plan,lacks the system basis,"the human management" the phenomenon is serious.(5)the lack of standardized management in the operation and management of the club,the lack of effective supervision mechanism.(6)the survey found that the management of their own physical education graduates have a total of 5 people,to participate in the management of the course of learning only accounted for about 11.8%,most of the managers have not received the relevant training.(7)the lack of management experience;to participate in training and learning opportunities are limited,and the opportunity to communicate with peer learning less,thus the lack of scientific and advanced management concepts.Guangxi Ballon Volleyball Club Management Development Countermeasures:(1)to increase the Guangxi Ballon Volleyball Club administrative support,the relevant departments should be given to the human resources,material resources,financial resources and management and other aspects of help and support.(2)the use of the effect of the Internet all-round,multi angle propaganda and promotion of Ballon Volleyball club.(3)Guangxi Ballon Volleyball Club can set up the external liaison department,seek corporate sponsorship,and social enterprises to discuss the content of sponsorship,social support for the development of enterprises in the future development of Guangxi Ballon Volleyball club.(4)to establish a long-term fixed exchange meeting system,system construction,details,and strictly by the book,in order to improve the operational efficiency of Guangxi Ballon Volleyball Club,the club and give full play to resource advantage.(5)regulate the operation mechanism of Guangxi Ballon Volleyball Club,standardize the operation and management,improve the financial system of the club,set up a special financial management department,the club responsible person regularly check.(6)the most ideal managers should not only understand characteristics of Ballon Volleyball and familiar with the operation and management of the club,responsible person to be able to recognize their own weaknesses to fully inclusive and equitable,learn from each other,this is the fundamental to the long-term development of the club.(7)innovative’management concept,combined with the characteristics of Guangxi,the use of appropriate management model,the club for scientific
