teaching;the motivation of the college students to participate in volleyball is like,the charm of the experience volleyball playing is 20.5%,and the extracurricular volleyball sports and forging.The organization forms are mainly mass organizations,self-made groups,clubs,classes and grades;participating activities can not reach the standard of volleyball population exercise;class and grade extracurricular activities are not ideal;the extracurricular campus volleyball publicity activities,volleyball knowledge lectures,and volleyball decisions have not been formed.The number of volleyball teams in Colleges and universities is 46,but all of them are temporary teams.Only 1 teams are amateur long training teams,and most of them are training methods.The number of weekly training has reached more than 3 times.The source and composition of the players are mainly ordinary college students;sports professional students;athletes participating in the competition level is not high.The number of participants at the first level occupies the largest proportion of the largest proportion of the 45.98%;the professional titles of the coaches are the lecturers' 67.86%,and the senior year is strong,the title of the sub high is only 25%,the coaches have only 39.29% teachers of volleyball professional origin;the volleyball matches in the school are 1 times a year,the teams in the
