| ResearchObjective:As we all know,obesity is due to the total energy intake of the body is greater than the consumption of energy,and the largest component ofdaily energy resting expenditure,about 60%-70%,isresting energy expenditure(REE)Accurate prediction of obese individual’s resting energy consumption is conducive to master the total energy consumption,so as to achieve the purpose of weight loss.REE can be accurately measuredthrough indirect calorimetry;but the most popular method is the predictive equation prediction method.The Studies have shown that:in the premise of the strength of diet and physical activity under the same,once reached the normal weight obesity by reducing weight metabolic rate than normal weight consistent was 15%lower in the former than the latter,which will increase the weight of 14kg per year.However,there are few studies on resting energy consumption of normal weight people after weight loss in the world.And the study focused on the analysis of weight has always been normal and obese by weight loss to normal weight groups metabolic rate changes,not established for obesity by weight loss to normal weight groups of resting energy consumption prediction equation.The purpose of this study:to study the effect of exercise on the resting energy consumption of obese people;to verify whether the existing REE prediction equation is applicable to the obese population,the normal weight of the population,the weight loss after the normal population;established for adult obesity in China,the resting energy consumption prediction equation.Research Methods:In this paper,a total of 53 healthy adult and obese people aged 18-30 years were selected,including 31 males and 22 females.Subjects were healthy and had no other metabolic type of disease.Based on the results of the body composition of the subjects before the intervention,combined with the questionnaire,Subjects who had normal weight and had no obesity history were divided into control group.Subjects who were always obese were divided into obese groups.Weight subjects were normal subjects after weight loss.Subjects conducted a three-month fitness intervention(strength,endurance),before and after the intervention were tested subjects resting energy consumption,with a portable metabolic test system(METAMAX CORTEX product Portable Metabolic Testsystem)The subjects’ resting energy consumption,test and record 30min of data,the test data recorded every 10s 1,the basic selection of 24-30min of the smooth data to calculate the mean.Research Results:1.After three months of exercise intervention,the maximum per minute ventilation(VE’max),resting energy(EE/kg)per unit weight,resting energy(EE/BSA)per unit body area,Metabolic rate(gTSU)was statistically significant(P<0.05);W index was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.① Compared with the obese group of measured value(mREE)and predicted value(pREE),we found that there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between Lazzer FFM,Huang FFM and Johnstone FFM predictive equations.While compared with obese group of men with pREE and mREE,The prediction equations of HB,FAO/WHO/UNU,Schofield,Schofield-HW,Korth,FFM,Huang FFM and Johnstone FFM were not significantly different from those of indirect calorimetry(P>0.05).② The difference between the predictive value and the measured value of the prediction equation of male and female resting energy for obese people is within the consistency limit(100%).The absolute value of the predicted and measured values of all predicted equations is 437.77 kcal/d,which is beyond the clinically acceptable range.3.Compared with the pREE and mREE of the normal body weight of females,.It was found that there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between Huang and Johnstone prediction equations with non-fat content(FFM)as independent variables.The difference between the predicted value and the measured value of all the resting energy prediction equations involved in this paper is within the consistency limit(100%).In the consistency limit,the absolute value of the difference between the predicted and measured values of the above two equations is 129.87 and 120.48 kcal/d,respectively.This difference is clinically acceptable.4.Through the stepwise regression analysis,we established three equations for the obese people in our country,the normal weight of the population,the normal weight group after weight loss,Where equation 2 establishes the crowd for obese people,The main variables were body mass index(BMI),non fat content(FFM),the square of correlation coefficient was 0.574,the highest degree of fit was found in the three formulas,and the difference between pREE and mREE was closest to O.The absolute value of the difference between pREE and mREE is 25.6 kcal/d,which is clinically acceptable.Conclusion:1.Exercise can effectively increase the resting energy consumption of 18-30 year old obese adults in china.2.Compared with the resting energy consumption prediction equation with height,weight and age as the independent variable,the prediction accuracy of the resting energy consumption with FFM and FM as independent variables is the highest The utility model is suitable for predicting the resting energy consumption of the normal weight people of 18-30 years old and the normal weight women after weight lossin China.3.The accuracy of the new resting energy consumption equation with body mass index and non fat content as independent variable is the
