The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy

With the continuous growth of China's economic level,in the various economic activities,"entrepreneurship" has become an increasingly important economic innovation.More and more enterprises and individuals to pursue their own business,because it can not only make China's economic development more active,but also to promote the healthy growth of China's economic level.In addition,the Chinese government to encourage entrepreneurs,followed by the introduction of preferential policies to help entrepreneurs who have entrepreneurial intentions to achieve their own business.When more people into entrepreneurial activities,to a certain extent,increased employment,that is to solve the employment problem of a lot of people.Employment has become a hot and difficult society,in order to reduce the employment pressure in recent years,the Chinese government attaches great importance to the employment of college graduates entrepreneurial work,Premier Li Keqiang at the Davos forum in September 2014 put forward the "innovation and public entrepreneurship peoples"call from national policy guide college graduates entrepreneurship,provide a lot of preferential policies and convenient conditions for college students.According to the present situation of college students entrepreneurship,teach many researchers on how to guide students to make a full study of entrepreneurship,the lack of the necessary of implementation but the national introduction of policies to support entrepreneurship.At present,there are more and more factors that hinder the entrepreneurship of college students in our country.Which is not only from the national level to encourage entrepreneurship policy,the existing business to support the implementation of the policy also appeared all kinds of problems,that even in the venture entrepreneurs have become barriers to entrepreneurship smoothly.And these factors hinder the final implementation of the policy implementation.In this paper,from the perspective of the implementation of the college students'entrepreneurship policy,this paper analyzes the implementation of the existing policy.Through the questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews and access to various types of literature,the independent colleges in the implementation of entrepreneurship policy bias problems.And analyze the reason of the policy implementation from the subject,object and environment factors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,such as strengthening the entrepreneurship policy propaganda,entrepreneurial supporting policies ideal,perfect the independent school running conditions,strengthen school enterprise cooperation and increase investment to promote the introduction of social supervision and enforcement.In this paper,the discussion and analysis of the analysis of China's entrepreneurial policy has made some contribution to the study of policy research methods have also been added.At the same time,I think that college students' understanding,cognition and implementation of entrepreneurship policy are related to the relevant regulations and policies of the national higher education system.This paper analyzes the implementation of the policy of College Students' Entrepreneurship in China,and makes a theoretical supplement to the national higher education policy making.
