Research On The Entrepreneurial Policy Of College Students In China

With the continuous increase of the number of college graduates,the pressure of social employment is increasing in our country.Entrepreneurship becomes a new way to put people to work.However,the success rate of College Students' entrepreneurship is very low,one of the reasons is that the college students' entrepreneurial policy itself needs to be improved.On this account,the study of entrepreneurial policies for college students in China is particularly important.The existing research on entrepreneurship policy of college students is mostly concentrated on the theoretical framework.This article takes the research of entrepreneurship policy of Chinese university students as the main line,and expounds the evolution of policies.This paper briefly describes the purpose and significance of the research on the entrepreneurship policy of university students,expounds the relevant research at home and abroad,and introduces the content and methods of the research.This paper defines the related concepts of College Students' entrepreneurship,and summarizes the basic connotation of China's College Students' Entrepreneurship policy.Based on the theory of multi-source flow,this paper analyzes the policy formation of Chinese college students' Entrepreneurship from the aspects of problem stream,policy flow and political flow.In order to better understand the implementation of College Students' entrepreneurship policy,this paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of the policy by means of data collection and questionnaire survey.Through the analysis,the paper points out the deficiencies of College Students' Entrepreneurship Policy and analyzes them.This paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the policy of College Students' Entrepreneurship from three aspects,namely,improving the policies of entrepreneurship,establishing the policy of "long effect mechanism" and "monitoring mechanism" and establishing a new mechanism of "Quartet cooperation".Through the research on the policy of College Students' entrepreneurship,we should improve the system of College Students' Entrepreneurship in China,so as to promote the employment of college students in entrepreneurship,and gradually complete the construction of an innovative country.
