Teaching evaluation is an important link in the process of teaching.The validity of the teaching process is likely to be reflected through the final evaluation.However,in the current chemical teaching process of the senior high school,teaching evaluation has a tendency of utilitarian,teachers usually pay too much attention to the distinction based on the exam results,and ignore the cultivation of the students' self-confidence and interest in learning,so that some students with the failure of each test gradually lose interest in learning,and give up his studies or become a student of problem in the school,this even cause the intense conflict between teachers and students,which seriously affect the development of the current order of teaching,also deviated from the original intention of middle school education.Then,based on the perspective of the teaching evaluation theory and the disadvantage of the current teaching evaluation,this thesis will put forward some improvements,it is an urgent problem to make the teaching evaluation get rid of the serious tendency towards utilitarianism in the current secondary education.Using different theories and successful practical experiences of teaching evaluation at home and abroad,we will design a new way of teaching evaluation,which develop the incentive function of teaching evaluation.The learning process of students should be the main object of investigation during the teaching evaluation,and the boost of students' interest and motivation of learning should be our ultimate aim.Based on the theory of self-efficacy,join learning theory and the theory of multiple intelligence,we will analyze gauge evaluation,quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,know of the actual need and appeal of students and teachers through questionnaire,interviews and other methods in the teaching process,and ultimately make a teaching evaluation's scheme of chemistry in the senior high school.The evaluation scheme of chemistry in the senior high school attaches great importance to the learning process,which includes three aspects such as classroom evaluation,homework evaluation and experimental evaluation.The scheme refers to gauge evaluation to set up the evaluation's standard and points,and include the implementation of the specific steps and needing attentions.Classroom evaluation and experimental evaluation should be completed by the students under the supervision of teachers.The homework evaluation is completed by teachers.And the focus of teachers can be timely adjusted according to the operation situation.The whole evaluation procession will be calculated by teachers,the scores of the students' learning process evaluation will be 50% of the total scores,and the other 50% of evaluation scores come from the test.When some students' scores of process evaluation reach a certain level,they will obtain some material rewards and there is no limit to the number.The plan aims to help students pay attention to the learning process,to cultivate interest and motivation in learning.The evaluation scheme pays much more attention to the evaluation of students' learning process,which will meet the contemporary concept of the teaching evaluation and not affect the level of school education.What's more,the scheme is advantageous to the school's teaching management,to master and operation for the teachers and students.However,it is difficult to spread the scheme because it is a new method and need much support from administrators,and the implementation of a new scheme usually adds the teachers' burden.But the scheme's value is obvious especially in the aspect of improving students' learning interest.
