In order to carry forward the national spirit,to carry out the Wushu culture,and promote the comprehensive development of students,in 2016 the Henan Provincial Sports Bureau,the Henan Provincial Department of Education jointly launched a Wushu school building projects.Through the reporting,evaluation,assessment,named the first batch of 40 Wushu schools.It is the first time that the construction of Henan Wushu Characteristic school is the first time in the whole country This study follows the analysis of the status quo-found the problem-proposed the countermeasure research method,using literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics and logical,carries on the investigation to the Henan province first 40 Wushu school characteristics,and the use of data analysis software SPSS on the research results of statistical analysis,research and analysis of existing problems in the process of its development and the main obstacle factors,and then puts forward some countermeasures for the construction and development.This study follows the analysis of the current situation of finding problems--the way to solve the problems,using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the present situation of the construction of Henan Province,the first 40 Wushu feature of the school to carry on the analysis,to explore the main problems of Wushu characteristic school construction in Henan Province,and put forward effective measures to accelerate the pace of construction of characteristic school Wushu,promote Wushu in primary and secondary schools,so as to promote the Chinese Wushu and promote students' all-round development objective.The construction of characteristic schools in Henan province has experienced three stages of "self declaration-expert acceptance-characteristic listing",and finally identified the first batch of 40 Wushu schools with different regions and stages.In Henan Province Sports Bureau and the Department of education policy under the guidance of the following characteristics: Wushu school specific construction organization and development,construction of the Wushu feature of the school has been the attention of the leadership,and established the corresponding organizational structure,the development of Wushu characteristic macro control school,reasonable arrangements for training time.And seriously implement the Wushu teaching contents;teaching setting,characteristics of Wushu schools to establish clear teachingobjectives and students practicing,guide students to active learning,and students from the actual situation,organize the campus Wushu work;the allocation of resources,characteristics of the school Wushu are committed to building a high standard of professional Wushu teachers,actively absorb social excellent Wushu resources,bring into the classroom,not only inherits the Chinese Wushu,but also to promote the Wushu Education development.Improve the Wushu teaching software and hardware facilities,improve the teaching of Wushu venues and infrastructure construction,vigorously develop school-based Wushu courses;Wushu competition,Wushu school can actively participate in various provincial Wushu competitions,and can continue to communicate in the Wushu competition,each other,optimization and innovation;extracurricular Wushu,Wushu school actively create dense Wushu cultural atmosphere,actively promote the construction of Wushu Culture Gallery,art exhibitions,posters etc.,actively guide students' Autonomous Learning Wushu.The Characteristic school has made some achievements,but there are also some problems:Characteristic school combination of physical education and teaching is not smooth;special funds tense teaching conditions of Wushu martial arts;lag characteristics of the school,not enough to meet the requirements of teaching practice;teachers of Wushu school needs to be further improved;the development of school-based teaching materials lag;Wushu extracurricular activity development is weak,extracurricular Wushu activities in single,extracurricular Wushu organizations is not perfect.In view of the existing problems,this paper argues that we should construct organizational structure clear characteristics of the school building in the Wushu,improve the channels of communication,to ensure the information transfer and cascade implementation;the establishment of special funds of Wushu,Wushu education resources reasonable co-ordination,in order to achieve the venues,facilities and other hardware conditions can meet the daily needs of Wushu teaching from the aspects of teachers;the number and quality of personnel,training methods to improve,in order to strengthen the construction of teachers' team,to improve and expand the Wushu sports teaching faculty;construction of curriculum system differences in construction with regional features,and multiple channels,establish and improve the system of Wushu,and school-based teaching material development,enrich the teaching content;the "four one" extracurricular activities to further improve the policy of Wushu Association.
