Wushu schools are the key factors in the development of Wushu schools.The research on the construction of Wushu teachers in Wushu schools is of positive significance to the sustainable development In 2016,the Henan Provincial Sports Bureau and the Henan Provincial Education Department jointly launched the construction of the school of martial arts characteristics,which is still the first in the country.Wushu teachers as an important foundation for the construction of of Wushu schools in Henan and the development of Wushu education in primary and secondary schools in Henan province.This study follows the analysis of the status quo-the problem-solving problem,using literature research,investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the problems of Wushu teachers in 63 Wushu schools in Henan Province,explore the existing problems,and put forward solutions to improve the level of Wushu teachers and accelerate the martial arts.The construction of color school promotes the development of Wushu projects in primary and secondary schools,and carries out the task of "carrying out the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture".Henan province has named two batches of 63 schools of Wushu,mainly in Xinxiang,Anyang,Luoyang,Jiaozuo,Nanyang and other cities,including 53 primary schools,7 junior high schools,and 3 high schools.Its development presents two characteristics: first,the school is given priority to primary schools,reflecting the purpose of the promotion of Wushu from the doll;Two,regional development is uneven.Xinxiang,Anyang,Luoyang and other regions have developed rapidly,while Jiyuan and Zhumadian have lagged behind the development of other regions.At present,outstanding achievements have been made in the construction of Wushu teaching staff in Henan characteristic schools.Some schools are equipped with professional Wushu teachers,but professional Wushu teachers are still scarce,most schools are held by general physical education teachers or external teachers;teachers tend to be young and have great potential for development;education is based on undergraduate education,and graduate education is less;the level of scientific research is low and the desire for continuing education is not strong;there are different remuneration for the same work,and the working environment needs to be improved.There are problems in the present situation of Wushu teachers in Henan Province: lack of teachers,low professional level,inadequate research and development of teaching materials,inadequate implementation of content,weak scientific research,lack of scientific research results,weak continuing education,poor ability to improve,poor working environment,poor welfare and so on.In view of the existing problems,this study believes that we can take "strengthening teacher construction,strengthening professional skills,promoting research and development of teaching materials,enriching teaching content,quantifying scientific research assessment,encouraging research and innovation,strengthening continuing education,improving comprehensive literacy,improving working conditions and improving teachers' treatment".
