Chemical experiment is not only the source of chemical theory,but also the main means to promote the development of chemistry, which is irreplaceable in the teaching of high school chemistry. In recent years, with the implementation of the new curriculum, the integration of modern educational technology and high school chemistry experiment teaching, there has been a new development trend. The application of hand held technology in chemical experiment teaching, can make the the traditional experiment process of quantification visual and accurate,making it convenient for the students to grasp and understand the chemical content more clearly,and greatly enhance the effect of chemistry teaching,which has attracted more and more attention of scholars and teachers. However, the application of hand held technology in high school chemistry experiment teaching is still not optimistic.Based on a great deal of document, this study further analyzes the current situation of hand held technology application and chemical experiment teaching, saying that chemical experiment based on hand held technology can cultivate students' quantitative thinking, develop students'practical ability, and promote the development of students' humanistic qualities. Based on the application of hand held technology in chemical experiment teaching, there are some unique advantages, including helping to effectively create situations, driving inquiry; to make observation more sensitive and more intuitive; to help the students experience the process more deeply and grasp the method effectively; to contribute to the realization of multidisciplinary integration and cultivate students' comprehensive ability.On the basis of the above analysis, we construct the strategy of high school chemistry experiment based on hand held technology : to make clear of the experiment-oriented problems and related factors, to put forward the hypothesis and experimental research methods, selection of instruments and equipment, the appropriate data acquisition and analysis optimization design of experiment; and further put forward the high school chemistry experiment teaching strategy of hand held technology based on equality, to create a free, equal and open teaching environment,closely combined with the driving problem in an orderly way, and provide timely guidance, pay attention to team cooperation and effective team.Based on the above theoretical analysis and construction strategy,we will apply hand held technology to chemical experiment design, improvement and innovation in high school teaching,forming three kinds of chemical experiment teaching design cases including classroom teaching,extracurricular class and life based on hand held technology.The study also makes the above teaching design case applied to the practice of education,and conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews on teachers and students, comparing effects of the high school chemistry experiment teaching based on hand held technology with the traditional experimental teaching on students' interest in learning, inquiry ability, and learning methods to further verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy and case design.
