The laboratory preparation of oxygen is an important experimental teaching content in the compulsory education stage,and the scientific connotation and educational value of it can be better explored by means of the design of the hand-held technology experiment.In this thesis,with the theme of "Oxygen Series",designed five themed hand-held technology experimental designs around the four aspects of "laboratory preparation" "physical properties" "chemical properties" and "consumption" of oxygen,which enriched the experimental teaching cases of hand-held technology,further expanded the the learning of oxygen related knowledge points,and enhanced the core literacy of students' chemistry disciplines.The paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the overview of the study.It mainly expounded the research status of"informatization of education" "hand-held technology" "oxygen" and "exploratory experiment".The second part is the theoretical basis.It expounded the definitions of "hand-held technology""exploratory experiment" and "experimental design" and the function of them in the paper.The third part is the theoretical construction of experimental development.It explained the reasons for choosing the "oxygen series" as the theme basing on the curriculum standards and teaching needs.The fourth part is the experimental development case.It expounded the five themes of hand-held technology experiments of "Using hand-held technology to explore the optimum conditions for catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide by cement-supported manganese dioxide" "Using hand-held technology to investigate factors affecting oxygen production by hydrogen peroxide" "Using hand-held technology to explore the effect of system pH on oxygen solubility" "Using hand-held technology to explore the combustion support of oxygen" and "Using hand-held technology to explore oxygen absorption corrosion of iron under acidic conditions".The fifth part is the practice and evaluation.It mainly expounded the reasons,the process and the evaluation of the whole practice for choosing the three experiments from the five experiments to practice in middle school.The sixth part is the summary reflection and outlook.It mainly expounded the conclusions obtained from the writing to the practice,the reflection on the whole process,and the follow-up outlook.The development and practice of "oxygen series inquiry experiment" by using hand-held technology can help middle school teachers and students understand the advantages of hand-held technology experiments in classroom teaching and chemistry experiment activities,broaden the understanding of teachers and students on chemical experiment tools,deepen students' mastery of the oxygen knowledge points,stimulate students' interest in learning chemistry,and develop the core literacy of students' chemistry disciplines of them.The results of the experimental cases,experimental design process and activity development process in the thesis can provide systematic reference for the hand-held technical experiment activities or classroom teaching in the middle school,which has certain application value.
