Research On The Education Of Teen-agers Woman Volleyball Reserved Talents In Henan Province

As a collective sports event, volleyball has a high aesthetic value. It has been a popular game for the whole world and an important international contest. Chinese volleyball players have achieved so much in international tournaments, especially woman team who used to win world champions5 times in a row, which made Chinese Woman team the first 5-time world champion in the world. The successes promoted the sense of national pride, attracted more people to play this game, which resulted in the improve of people's physical quality. However,due to many reasons recently, Chinese volleyball is on a downhill road. Chinese woman volleyball is struggling between success and failure. Though won the 28th Olympic Games in Athens, they retrogressed to the third place on the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing. The volleyball circle has agreed that the main reason was the short of reserved talents. As the larger province in terms of population, Henan Province plays an important role in reserved talents education, especially in teen-agers woman volleyball reserved talents.This essay takes methods of literature material, interview, questionnaire survey, statistics and logical analyses to study the current situation of teen-agers woman volleyball reserved talents education in Henan Province, and reached conclusions as follow: firstly, teen-agers woman volleyball reserved talents in Henan Province concentrated in economically developed cities, misdistribution in quantity, delay in selection and cultivation, very few primary school and middle school have volleyball class, insufficient training time for some players and fewer high level players; secondly,trainingof teen-agers woman volleyball reserved talents in Henan Provincehas few serve technic, uneven spike and block technic, and huge difference in offense anddefense,misdistribution in physical strength; thirdly, some cities has insufficient coaches and scientific research personnel. When selecting players, some coaches select players by experiences, have few consideration over the rationality and integrity of training plans or psychological training; fourthly, training courts and facilities are merely working, training funds are limited, environments are simple and medicare conditions are bad.Specific to the current situation, this essay makes suggestions and countermeasures as follow: firstly, put forward relevant policies of teen-agers woman volleyball reserved talents in Henan Province, increase the popularity in primary schools and middle schools in Henan Province, enhance cooperation between sports training school and other schools, ensure players'study time and training and gaming time, make favorable policy to solve players'entering higher school issues to improve their education, financially support players from poverty families so they can concentrate on study and training; secondly, coaches are supposed to make training plans in accordance with woman players'physical and mental characters and their deficiency in technic, make certain technic standards to improve comprehensive abilities. Collectively watch training and contesting to increase communications so to even teen-agers woman volleyball reserved talents'level; thirdly, set up and complete coach selectingmechanism, taking into consideration of their specialties, game experiences, and comprehensive qualities.Coaches are supposed to increase their scientific research awareness, abilities and levels, try to conduct training and contesting, select players according to the characters and requests of volleyball and their comprehensive index, so to shift from"experience-oriented"to"scienticfication-oriented". Pay attention to the mental characters and qualities of teen-agers woman volleyball players,make training plans in accordance with woman players'physical and mental characters; fourthly, arouse attention from local administrators to the education of teen-agers contesting volleyball reserved talents, increase financial supports, improve players'training environment and coaches'treatment, find more funds in enterprise sponsor, to put volleyball into society and market, so standardized and systematic administration model can be formed. Organize as many teams as possible at city and county level to include more cities and areas. Coaches are supposed to improve ideological awareness, to have the spirit of dedication and responsebility.
