Study On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Adolescent Amateur Volleyball Training In Yunnan Province

Amateur sports school is a place where young athletes use their spare time for professional technical training.It is the first professional training place for professional athletes in our country,and it is also the further excavation of young sports enthusiasts in our country.A place where one can train one's athletic talents.Volleyball training is a very popular training item in amateur sports schools for teenagers,because volleyball is characterized by mass,collectivity,participation,etc.,and through amateur volleyball training,It can improve the physical function of the young people,the sense of teamwork,the sense of competition,and so on.These trainings are especially good for women's body,mind,and consciousness.Therefore,many parents and young women love it.Therefore,the influence of volleyball in China is first promoted by the women's volleyball team.The Olympic champion of the women's volleyball team in 2004 and 2016 made the influence of the volleyball industry of our country reach its peak.But it has experienced brilliant experience.The volleyball industry of our country is still difficult to develop,which is inferior to the football and basketball industry in many aspects,such as professional system,talent training,social participation and so on.The root of these problems is the problem of talent training in volleyball in our country.In particular,the amateur volleyball training of Chinese teenagers has greatly affected the development of the whole volleyball industry in China.Therefore,this paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods to study the factors affecting the training of amateur volleyball teams in Yunnan Province.Through the investigation of the present situation of amateur volleyball development in Yunnan Province,it is found that,The main factors influencing the amateur volleyball training in Yunnan province include: the disharmony between the educational system and the amateur volleyball training system,the imbalance of the economic system and the level of economic development,the policy of volleyball development,and the insufficient investment offunds.The degree of socialization of volleyball is not high,the media support is not enough,the field facilities are insufficient,the influence of coaches on amateur volleyball training,the influence of school humanistic environment on amateur training,At the same time,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign relevant sports industry development research practice experience and the theory experience,this article proposed the solution includes: according to own characteristic,consummates the training system;Expand the popularity of school volleyball;improve the training program to improve the quality of youth volleyball team;improve the competition mechanism,strengthen regional cooperation;improve the teaching efficiency of coaches;increase publicity,expand the popularity of volleyball,etc.
