Professional Social Work In Relocation Community Service For Disabled Persons

The disabled group is in the weak position in the social structure,because of its objective restriction of its own and family conditions,the relative lack of competitiveness in the allocation of social resources.China Disabled Groups in large quantities,and life level is generally low,and also faces enormous psychological difficulties,the form of grim,to solve the problem has become the focus of the work of the party and government in the next period.With the acceleration of urbanization in recent years,a large number of relocation resettlement communities have emerged,among which the problem of disabled persons groups has become increasingly prominent.The group itself and the environment in which it exists have some particularity.When they provide services for such groups,they need to devote more manpower,material resources and financial resources,and the community seems to be powerless in their work.It is of practical significance to carry out research on this group and to enhance the service ability of such communities.Social work as a new type of subject function of living,by virtue of the unique advantages in services for people with disabilities,develop new ideas for the service work for the disabled.At present,the community social work services for disabled people mainly rely on the disabled service projects carried out by social work institutions.In this paper,the typical resettlement community social work disability services within the JC community to carry out the project as an example,through the implementation process of the research project and the results achieved,compared with the actual demand of the disabled community groups,analysis of this kind of community social work for the disabled in the process of carrying out the problems and shortcomings,to explore efficient ways to improve service.The article holds that the disabled community in the resettlement community is deficient in such aspects as community ownership,psychological counseling and so on.When social work services are involved,it should be emphatically considered.The formulation and implementation of current social work services for the special demolition resettlement community of lack of knowledge,in the project design,service mode,resource links lack pertinence,through analysis,in terms of project indicators,the project cycle,project content and suggestions.The author as a social worker in the field to carry out the project in the disability services within the JC community.In case group,including,including a number of community work service period,accepted the project supervision,and later evaluation and testing,a rich collection of interviews and survey data,through the analysis of these materials,combined with the actual needs of the disabled community,try to explore the development trend of social work for the disabled in the community and improve such services direction.
