A Study On The Construction Process Of Resettlement Community

At present,with the continuous advancement of urban-rural integration construction,urban expansion promotes the formation of relocation and settlement communities,and community residents expand from the previous pure residential demand to all-round community services,and community construction is valued.In recent years,Shanghai,Beijing,Chengdu,Suzhou and other places,there appeared the community to build the pilot,around the government investment,integration of community,social organizations,social workers,such as tripartite strength,to the community as the center,starting from the residents' life,mining social forces and community resources,through action of the community residents to complete community self-organization,since the management and the development of community construction,different communities it is particularly important to create a project specific research and analysis,it also become a major focus in the current community construction in our country.At the same time,as professional service workers,social workers are of great significance to the construction of professional community in resettlement communities.Based on the social work intervention of resettlement community community building process as a research starting point,using a structured interview,questionnaire survey and participatory observation to collect data,through the preliminary research and service design of W community construction project,the service execution,service evaluation process of professional social work intervention such as summary,find the problems existing in the social work intervention resettlement community and the important and difficult,For example,how to improve community residents' acceptance of social workers and social work,whether to meet the needs or lead the needs,how to improve residents' cooperation and willingness to participate,and how to deal with the limitations of project forms when social work is involved in community construction,etc.At the same time,in combination with Wcommunity community to build,on the basis of the overall situation,how to enhance resettlement community construction level are proposed,such as focus on community there are controversial matter in grasping the opportunity,improve the professionalism of social work and influence from mining in land resources play a role of bridge,helping to towards self organization management,adhere to adjust measures to local conditions of the community to create local practice.
