Research purposes:the study on the female college students hold players as experimental object.With reference to the American college of sports medicine related Suggestions about load resistance training guide,strictly in accordance with the theory of resistance training requirements,improve the physique,especially in order to improve the quality and improve the body shape of the power Angle,in different load resistance training way for female college students,the muscle strength and body composition of the influence and effect of research and test,provide practical support for the scientific training.Research methods:the study in order to recruit female college students in school operation team as the research object,a total of 32 people were recruited.Before the trial to random grouping of the subjects,divided into group C(control group)and 8 T group(experimental group),which then T average into T1 group(8),T2(8),T3 group(8).Only in group C,the basis of skills and daily activities(including PE)as the basic motion,the experimental group is not only based on la-la-la operating skills and daily activities(including PE)as the basic motion,still need to implement according to the different resistance training load resistance training.Experiments because the subjects’ personal factors(in poor health,their time can’t cooperate with training or can’t stand the training load,etc.),resulting in the loss of the experimental sample size is.The last number is experimental group 19 people(T1,T2 groups of seven T3 groups(6),control group 5,a total of 24 people to complete this study.In the experimental group subjects according to the different load for 8 weeks,three times a week,45 to 60 minutes at a time,a total of 24 times of resistance training,and to all the participants to experiment before and after muscle strength,body composition,shape index of testing and analysis.The results of the study:(1)The experimental subjects before and after the group C all the indexes of body shape and body composition does not exist significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The experimental group before and after T1 participants’ fat percentage,fat weight,skinfold upper arm,scapular skinfold and thigh skinfold comparison shows that there were significant differences(P<0.05).Other the body shape and body composition indexes before and after the experiment to compare both there is no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)The experimental group before and after T2 participants’ body weight,BMI,fat weight showed significant difference(P<0.05),the back force,abdominal skinfold and forearm tension surrounded degree results show very significant difference(P<0.01).Other the body shape and body composition,indexes before and after the experiment to compare both there is no significant difference(P>0.05).(4)The experimental comparison before and after T3 group fat percentage,fat weight and forearm relax surrounded degree results showed extremely significant difference(P<0,01),lean body mass,back strength,upper arm skinfold,abdominal skinfold,thighs,skinfold results showed significant difference(P<0.05).Other the body shape and body composition indexes before and after the experiment to compare both there is no significant difference(P>0.05).(5)The experimental group before and after T1 and T3 group of subjects in each angular velocity interval,abductor muscle the highest value beyond its shoulder joint torque are show very significant difference(P<0.01).Experimental group before and after T2 subjects shoulder peak torque of abductor muscle group at 120 ° angular velocity difference significant(P<0.05),when 60 °,180 °,180 °extremely significant difference(P<0.01).(6)The experimental group before and after T1 T2 and T3 group subjects in each of the angular velocity range,its shoulder adduction muscle peaks value moment all show very significant difference(P<0.01).(7)The experimental group before and after T1,T2 and T3 group subjects in each angular velocity interval,the knee flexors peaks value moment all showed very significant difference(P<0.01).(8)The experimental group before and after T1,T2 and T3 group subjects in each angular velocity interval,the knee extensor peaks value moment all showed very significant difference(P<0.01).Research conclusion:(1)After 8 weeks of resistance training on part of the experimental group subjects body shape,body composition,related indicators improved can have a significant role.The control group subjects body shape,body composition,there was no obvious change.(2)After 8 weeks of resistance training can effectively improve the experimental group subjects shoulder abduction and adduction muscle group of peak torque.Control subjects shoulder abduction and adduction muscle group of peak torque is slightly ascending but did not change significantly.(3)After 8 weeks of resistance training can effectively improve the experimental group subjects knee flexor and extensor peak torque.Control subjects knee outreach and adduction muscle group of peak torque is slightly ascending but did not change significantly.
