| According to data from the Physical Fitness Test Center of Taiyuan University of Technology in 2020,nearly 30% of female college students are obese.Contemporary female college students pay special attention to physical beauty,obesity will also lead to the increase of many diseases.Traditional weight loss is through aerobic exercise intervention first and then anaerobic,aerobic exercise intervention after the body in a state of fatigue,limit the effective implementation of anaerobic exercise.In addition,most of the weight lost after simple aerobic exercise is water,and the fat burned may only account for a small part.The body in a state of sweating does not mean that the body is burning fat,but only refers to the current heat production state of the body.By using anaerobic exercise to quickly consume sugar in the body and combining with aerobic exercise to carry out weight loss experiment,the influence of two different exercise modes of anaerobic exercise first and aerobic exercise first and anaerobic exercise intervention on the body composition of obese female college students is compared,which provides new inspiration for the field of female obesity and physical health.USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,the selection of taiyuan university of science and 18 obese female college students,and randomly divided into two groups,one group as control group.[note: the control group: first aerobic endurance exercise again without oxygen resistance exercise group],a set of experimental group [note: the experimental group: first anaerobic exercise resistance and aerobic endurance exercise group],both groups worked out at the same intensity and for the same amount of time.Each index of all subjects was tested before and after the experiment,and then the test results were statistically analyzed.For 8 weeks by the obese female college students of different metabolic intervention combination of sports training,and to analyze the subjects’ body composition,including body shape and body composition,and to explore different metabolic combination of sports training after obese female college students body composition data results,analysis of different metabolic movement combination which way more help obese female college students to lose weight,provide the basis for future papers and practice.For obese female college students were taken for 12 weeks training,the results showed that the experimental group and control group,weight gain for obese female college students surrounded degree,body composition and basal metabolism can obtain a better training effect,compared with the control group,experimental group obese female college students body composition is more able to lower BMI participants,reducing body fat content,reduce the fat content and the increase of skeletal muscle and link the increase of the skeletal muscle,and the experimental group than the control group more basal metabolism can improve obese female college students.Came to the conclusion that obese female college students in choosing ways to lose weight,the experimental group and control group two groups of training methods can be effectively reduced fat to reduce weight,but in comparison,the experimental group adopted the first anaerobic resistance training again better significant effect of aerobic endurance training,so the obese female college students in the future lose fat,reduce BMI,increase the content of skeletal muscle and improve exercise can be more used in basal metabolism first anaerobic resistance and aerobic exercise. |
