| Objectives:With the rapid development in the information age,new media has gradually penetrated into every areas of society, imperceptibly affecting every aspect of people’s life.Lifestyle, eating habits and work and rest time changes, making female college students less active in sports as well as the change of body shape and the decline of strength. This indirecctly affects people’s daily activities.Muscle compensation phenomenon appears and long-term non-standard movement is likely to cause the risk of sports injury. In order to improve female college students’ body composition index, improve their muscle strength, correct wrong movements, consolidate the expression of functional movements, and reduce the risk of sports injury, this experiment uses elastic band resistance training to intervene female college students’ body composition, strength and functional movements,so as to explore the effects of elastic band resistance training on female college students’ body composition, strength and functional movements.By analyzing the relationship among the three factors, theoretical support and practical guidance for the collaborative development of female college students can be provided. Methods:This study uses literature, expert interview, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis.20 female college students were randomly divided into the experimental group(10 people)and the control group(10 people). The subjects were required to be able to carry out normal activities,be in good health and have no obvious physical defects or metabolic diseases.Experimental intervention scheme:The experiment lasted for 12 weeks, and the elastic band resistance training was conducted every Monday,Wednesday and Friday, each training duration was about 60 minutes. The training intensity was controlled by changing the elastic band pounds and the initial length of the elastic band training, and the training intensity was monitored by Polar heart rate monitor.During the intervention training, the control group was trained to overcome their own weight by hand, and the training time and training intensity of each stage were the same as those of the experimental group. Before and after the experiment, the subjects were tested for body composition, strength and functional movement.During the experiment, staged tests were conducted. Finally, the data before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed.Results:1.After 12 weeks of resistance training of elastic band,it is found that the body composition indexes of female college students in the experimental group have different degrees of change.Among them,BMI,body fat rate, fat content, visceral fat and waist hip ratio decreased significantly(P < 0.05),muscle content increased, but the increase was not obvious(P > 0.05),visceral fat and waist hip ratio of female college students in the control group decreased slightly, and the decline trend was not obvious(P > 0.05)2.In the isokinetic muscle strength test, the peak torque(PT)and relative peak torque(Pt / W)of female college students in the experimental group were significantly improved(P < 0.05),especially the extensor. However, there was no significant change in the ratio of flexion to extension(H / Q)(P > 0.05),and the average power(AP)increased in varying degrees. The trunk isokinetic muscle strength test data showed that the peak torque(PT)and relative peak torque(Pt / W)and other indicators improved significantly(P < 0.05).All indicators of female college students in the control group were also positively improved to different degrees, without significant difference(P < 0.05).3.After 12 weeks of resistance training with elastic band,it was found that the scores of squat, hurdle stride and trunk stability push up of female college students in the experimental group were significantly improved(P < 0.05),the changes of trunk rotation stability were significantly different(P < 0.01),and there were no significant differences in front and back leg squat, shoulder flexibility and active straight knee leg raising(P > 0.05).In the control group, there were significant differences(P <0.05)in the scores of the female college students in the hurdle crossing, but there were no significant changes in the others.4.The correlation analysis results of functional motion and strength were as follows: at 120°/s,the extensor muscle of the right knee had a weak correlation with the functional motion test(r < 0.3),and the flexor muscle of the right knee had a low correlation with the step over the bar(r=0.379),the active straight knee lift(r=0.338)and the rotation stability of the trunk(r=0.3.5).Extensor muscle of the left knee joint had a low correlation with squat(r=0.301),jump jump(r=0.404),trunk stability(r=0.433)and rotation stability(r=0.331),and flexor muscle had a moderate correlation with squat, jump jump and trunk stability(r=0.520,r=0.517,r=0.540).At120°/s,the flexor muscles of the trunk had a low correlation(r=0.403,r=0.347)and a moderate correlation(r=0.552)with the stability of the trunk. There was a low correlation(r=0.382,r=0.427,r=0.413)between the trunk extensor muscles and the squat(r=0.652,P =0.030),and a moderate significant correlation(r=0.652,P =0.030).5.The results of correlation analysis between body composition and functional movements are as follows: there is a negative low correlation between hurdle crossing and waist hip ratio(r =-0.388);there is a low correlation between front and back split squat and BMI and body fat rate(r = 0.303,r = 0.348),and there is a moderate significant correlation between front and back split squat and muscle content(r =0.561,r = 0.348),There was a negative moderate correlation between shoulder flexibility and BMI(r =-0.525);there was a low correlation between active straight knee leg raising and BMI and body fat rate(r = 0.318,r = 0.350),and there was a moderate correlation between active straight knee leg raising and muscle content(r =0.509);there was a negative moderate significant correlation between trunk stability push up and WHR(r =-0.559,r = 0.037),There was a negative low correlation between body fat rate(r =-0.341),trunk rotation stability and WHR(r =-0.498).6.The results of correlation analysis between body composition and strength are as follows: at 120 ° / s,the relative peak torque of right knee extensor is negatively correlated with body fat ratio and waist hip ratio(r =-0.340,r =-0.310),and the relative peak torque of flexor is negatively correlated with body fat ratio and waist hip ratio(r =-0.404,r =-0.310),There was a low negative correlation between the left knee extensor and WHR(r =-0.332),but no correlation between the left knee extensor and other body components. The correlation analysis between body components and trunk strength showed that there was a moderate significant correlation between flexor peak torque and muscle content(r = 0.682,P = 0.021)and a low correlation between extensor peak torque and muscle content(r = 0.379).Conclusions:1.Taking elastic belt as an intervention means to carry out whole-body moderate strength resistance training has a good effect on improving female college students’ BMI,body fat percentage, fat content,waist-hip ratio, increasing muscle content and improving body proportion.2.The isokinetic muscle strength testing system was used to test the strength of the knee joint and trunk of female college students who had been interfered by the resistance training of elastic belt under different movement speeds, and both indexes were significantly improved. It shows that the resistance training with elastic belt can improve the strength of female college students.3.The normalization and stability of functional movements of female college students who had been interfered by resistance training with elastic belt were significantly improved, especially squat, hurdle step, trunk stability and rotation stability. The results indicate that the resistance training with coordination, balance and symmetry can not only improve the functional motor performance, but also have obvious effects.4.There is a certain correlation between the interaction of body fat, muscle content and muscle endurance, squat and trunk stability of female college students, which indicates that the stimulation of resistance training of elastic belt with different intensity has a joint effect on physical performance, and can effectively improve the performance of female college students’ overall movement chain. |
