In mathematic education , the mathematic education of middle school is the pillar of the whole teaching process .Therefore,the mathematic education of middle school is a very important phase .How to succeed in mathematic teaching is a question that is needed to explore and studied .In the present the mathematic education of middle school,according to the current education situation ,most of the education pattern is the traditional way which includes teachers teaching and students listening ,and students are passive in their learning .Students are still don't know what to do,in the face of practising researching ,and exploring problems.After analysis the currents middle school mathematic education situation ,the theres from the three following aspects: first of all,the students' performance to the cognition and obstacles of thought of math and reason . It is mainly stated in the mathematic thinking which is superficial and different,as well as the negativity of mathematic thinking set. Second,under this current situation ,is the posed requiremproent to the students who are the main part of the education. Finally, base on the students' requirement to the mathematic learning and teaching, the teachers who are the leaders of mathematic education should take mathematic ways and measures.The author's teaching practice in middle school provides the topic with many realistic understanding.The theres includes a sufficient theoreticalfoundation,most importantly,the practical experience provides the theory with strongest support. The mathematic teaching equipped with the education thought that is "people first".It help us to know the importance and necessity of the thought "people first",and make the participates of education to promote it and carry it forward.
