The rapid development of mobile technology has brought great changes to people's lives. More scholars and educators with a view to mobile technology in the field of education could set off a frenzy. Therefore, in recent years, more and more scholars have studied the changes brought by mobile technology. The traditional teaching mode of higher education has been unable to meet the learning needs of learners. And mobile learning mode of intelligent terminal can be used as an effective supplement and optimization of higher education Meanwhile, continuous formative assessment is an effective method for students to acquire knowledge and skills. Formative Assessment can not only effective supervision and management of the students' learning process, but also can to help students develop more effective learning strategies It can improve classroom teacher-student interaction, solve some of the problems existing in college classroom teaching. With the development of science and technology, technology has brought about profound changes in the field of educational assessment, bringing the Technology-Enhanced Formative Assessment (Technology-Enhanced Formative Assessment). In this study, the teaching mode of Technology-Enhanced Formative Assessment is constructed, and the model is applied in the course of "Research methods of Educational Technology" in Center China Normal University. On the basis of reading literature,it is found that the college students' academic engagement has an important influence on college students' academic performance. And according to the existing research found that college students in the classroom often play mobile phones, "bow family"phenomenon is more serious. In this study, based on the problem of "bow down" in college class, the influence of Technology-Enhanced Formative Assessment teaching on the academic engagement of college students is explored. And on this basis, it discusses the factors that influence the college students' academic engagement. On the basis of the application of this model, this study adopts different teaching strategies between Class 1 and class 2 .The students of class 1 are given a evaluation gauge before completing the activity; The students of class 2 are given the evaluation gauge after completing the activity. The purpose of this course is to provide a way to solve educational problems and to provide a method for educational research. The author explores the research ability of college students by interviewing teachers and combining with the characteristics of the course. Therefore,at the end of the semester, the author analyzed the effect of Technology-Enhanced Formative Assessmentteaching on college students' research ability by comparing the data before and after test.On the basis of this, the paper explores the influence of teaching strategies based on evaluation rubric on college students' research ability.According to the results of the study, we found that: (1) Technology-Enhanced Formative Assessment teaching can promote college students' academic engagement; (2)self-efficacy, learning motivation, learning attitude, teacher factors, peer factors and other factors (family and school) on College Students' academic engagement t has significant effect; (3) Technology-Enhanced Formative Assessment teaching can promote the development of College Students' research ability.
