A Study On The Social Work Intervening In Community Work In Districts

As the urban and rural border areas,the city has become a major choice for a large number of migrant workers,retired veterans,low-income residents and their work.Community development,changes in population migration makes the community more and more problems,not solve these problems,many large cities such as Wuhan,Nanjing,etc.have been aware of the importance of community work,have introduced social workers,hope to purchase services through the government to carry out Social worker service.But it is clear that the development of social work in the far city is relatively different from that of the developed urban communities.These differences determine that community work should be carried out in combination with local development and can not be used to,If ignored these differences will inevitably lead to social workers involved in the emergence of various difficulties,making the far city community work difficult.This paper is an article taking Wuhan P Economic Development Zone as an example.The article studies the existing social worker involvement in Far City.The first chapter discusses the background,significance and definition of the topic,This paper summarizes the three aspects of the study of the characteristics of the remote area,the study of the community work theory and the practical work of the community work,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of the remote area,These studies have been lacking in regional pertinence,influencing factors are not comprehensive analysis,and solutions are not specific and so on,and put forward their own research program design and research framework.In the second chapter,the author begins to introduce the types of P economic development zones before the social workers are involved,and summarize the four kinds of service types which are different and have different characteristics.Then,after the project,Project planning services content and scope,involved in three aspects of the process to do a more detailed and comprehensive introduction.In the third chapter,the necessity of social work intervention in community work is analyzed by analyzing the existing situation of the project.At the same time,it is found that there are several difficulties in the process of service delivery.From the "external dilemma" and "internal dilemma" Two types are introduced.According to the above difficulties,the author puts forward four factors that affect the involvement of social workers,that is,“the government purchase service mode is too single and the high index of low quality is serious”,“district government work is not in-depth,light and heavy form of trust crisis”,“with the P economic development zone characteristics of the local impact is serious(Including the local leadership style,the misunderstanding of the docking unit,the complexity of the population structure)”,“the lack of social work development(lack of locality,professional reduction)”and so on,.The next chapter for the reasons for the analysis of the fourth chapter from the four points put forward their own recommendations,with a view to help the community work in the city to improve the difficulties involved in social workers,while promoting regional community work research and development.
