The Party's fourth plenary of eighteen session held on October 20 to 23 in Beijing.The main agenda of the meeting was to report to the Politburo of the Central Committee to work on the major issues comprehensively promote the rule of law.Comprehensively promote the rule of law is an essential requirement of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important guarantee for the realization of national governance systems and governance modernization inevitable requirement concerning our party in governing and rejuvenating,concerning people's well-being is related to the party and the country long-term stability.Visible,along with in-depth implementation of the strategy of the rule of law,an important stage in the rapid development of China's social transition and economic development,improve the legal awareness of all citizens has become increasingly urgent.Finally established the rule of law must be based on a sound legal system and civil legal quality with good premise and foundation.As a young university student leader in our society,also the main force in building socialism and successors.The legal quality level of university students not only become their own level of overall development,but also play the role of radiation on the surrounding population and demonstration.More importantly,their level of awareness of the law,a direct impact on the pace of construction of China's socialist rule of law,related to the socialist market economy,the depth of the smooth rapid development and a harmonious socialist society.In recent years,college students on the impact of crime incidents in society caused by the presence of college students in colleges and universities is also the phenomenon of violation of discipline,the legal status of quality of college students need further improvement and strengthening.In addition,the rule of law and legal education of college student quality training aimed at some colleges and universities and in the minds of students did not get enough attention;Legal Education Students Approaches single,poor educational results have become the main reason for restricting the development of the legal quality of university students.At the same time,awareness of the law college students some practical problems still exist:Legal knowledge is generally not high;a legal point of deviation;one-sided understanding of the rights and obligations;respect for authority,lack of confidence in the rule of law;the demands of the law to safeguard the rights of consciousness is not strong;criminal phenomena have occurred,while violating the legitimate interests of college students are also cases occur from time to time and so on.Therefore,I believe that in-depth study of how to effectively develop and improve the legal quality of students is important.In this paper,the quality of legal research training students include:first,the legal quality of education Students from the background,the significance of domestic and foreign research status and cut,a clear awareness of the importance of the law college students,college students quality education law is to build a harmonious socialist society,promoting democracy and the rule of law requires,is the need to stabilize the development of China's market economy is to raise the overall quality of the needs of the students themselves.Second,from the Students' Legal Education concepts and relevant content to cut,sort and legal principles related concepts of quality education,providing a theoretical basis for practical research.Third,analyze and summarize the current situation and its cause's legal consciousness of college students.Be sure that the current legal consciousness of college students has been greatly improved:the rule of law has become a consensus in the student population,and their legal awareness,understanding and grasp more rational.Fourth,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward a number of ways and means to strengthen the legal quality cultivation of college students,including college students concise legal concept of quality education,innovative classroom teaching methods,create campus legal culture,creating an effective practice links and so on.In order to promote quality education and civil law legal process of improving the quality of students,promote the rule of law and create a good social environment,accelerate the promotion of building a socialist harmonious society.
