Research On Contemporary Students’ Legal Quality Education

Emphasis on the report of the 18th Party Congress:" New era, we must promote the rule of law, fully implement the basic strategy of governing the country according to law, accelerate the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law.". With the rapid development of information technology background, the process of modernization of our country socialism legal system construction continues to accelerate, the relative level of some improvement. Especially, there is a direct relationship between the legal quality of the develop and higher education. but the progress at the same time, can also be found on Legal Education in Colleges and universities still has some problems. College students are the pillars of the future development of society in China, is a force of social construction of rule by law, should be on legal education orientation, further strengthen the college students’ legal quality education, should be on the localization of legal education in Colleges and universities, and to further strengthen the legal quality of college students, make a beneficial contribution to the educational undertaking of our country, China is building the rule of law and building a social need.This paper makes a probe into college students’ legal quality education from five aspects. First of all, the author summarizes the legal quality education of Contemporary University students. Meaning in quality, legal quality, legal quality of college students are explained. Secondly, through questionnaires in the form of some colleges and universities conducted a survey on the legal aspects of education. The main legal consciousness of college students, legal capacity, legal knowledge, legal belief etc, preliminary analysis of current situation of college students of legal education in Colleges and universities. Once again, the combination of theory and investigation data, in-depth study of legal education of the college students in China, summed up the following problem:the existing legal capacity is not strong, lack of legal knowledge, lack of legal faith problem of the college students, but also the importance of legal education is, limitations the legal education in colleges; the legal knowledge of curriculum and teaching are not reasonable; the legal education mode is relatively backward, influenced by the traditional education mode is relatively large; college students own characteristics significantly, the psychologically for legal education caused some resistance; in addition, the negative factors of social environment and family the impact on the college students’ legal education. Last but not least, according to the above five problems, the countermeasures to solve the problems among the students legal quality education from the society, school, family, students themselves four aspects conducts the preliminary study. The author believes that universities should pay more attention to education in the legal system, not in the previous mode of education, to reform the new legal education mode, set the optimization course of law, strengthening the construction of teachers’ team, combining moral education, psychological education and legal education in Colleges and universities, and through the network system of legal education of school, family, social transom one, to solve the existence of legal quality education of college students, but also solve a variety of problems in China’s legal education in Colleges and universities.
