In today's new Concept of implementation and guidance under the classroom student-centered,teacher-led development of the new situation gradually open to become a mainstream trend nowadays classroom teaching.However,in a real classroom often there is a student marginalization,which often makes teaching students marginalization showing negative orientation,but also contrary to the teaching of the concept of fairness,and build efficient classroom.I believe that focus on high school language classroom "marginal man" can help them correct guidance,so that they can be transformed to achieve change,not only for students' individual development has an important significance,but also is conducive for promoting effective classroom teaching.To achieve and classroom teaching,teachers and students to more integrated development.Based on existing research to the classroom as a starting point,the use of questionnaires,interviews with teachers and students,case studies,action research methods such as surveys,focus combined with analysis of teachers and students.I found in the survey in the deletion,ignoring the classroom Students self-perception of classroom teaching,so that classroom teaching "marginal man" phenomenon is getting worse.From the basis of empirical research,the author elaborated in two major areas,combined with teacher expectation theory and sociology mapping principle is analyzed in terms of teachers,students combine individual aspects of the theory of multiple intelligence theory from society,schools,families and students themselves regard to conduct in-depth analysis of the causes "marginal man".On the Transformation Strategy author with a basic point because,as a reference to a previous policy scholars in both the basis,from the school,teaching philosophy,with parents,students' psychological countermeasures proposed conversion of these four aspects.This paper is divided into three parts,namely introduction,the main part and conclusion,in the introduction part mainly explained the reason of this study,the meaning and purpose.Secondly,summarized and elaborated on the "marginal man" and describes the survey methodology used in this study are the main topics of literature,observation,interviews,case law and the inquiry questionnaire.The second part is "marginal man" to define the concept,and based on high school language classroom "marginal student" should be defined.The third part is analyzing survey data is "marginal man" of high school language class,including its type and characteristics.Second,according to investigation that come from students surveys as well as combined with case studies of individual students to analyze the "marginal man" cause people.Finally,to provide an effective solution strategy for the "marginal man" in the recessive characteristic and reason.The fourth part is the conclusion,the results of this topic will be summarized and made inductive prospect.Next,the lack of this study in the presence and summarizes empirical.Through elaborate on this article in the hope aroused the concern of profession,to promote fair education,followed by the hope to enrich high school language classroom empirical research,effectively promote students to participate in classroom interaction,improve students' motivation to learn,promote learning efficiency,efficient classroom constructed foundation.
