Class is the organization that provides the environment of group life for students.Fitting in this group and establishing good relationship with others has important influences for the survival and development of students.However,in the real world,some students cannot well fit in the class group and lack contact with others,which results in that they must face a disadvantage and become the marginal man!in the class.In view of this,using research approaches like literature survey, observation and interview, this dissertation is meant to carry out a comparatively in-depth study on the marginal man! in the class and its transformation. According to the logic process of proposing problem--analyzing problem--solving problem!,this paper refers to four parts as follow:The first part discloses the concrete features of marginal man! in the class.In this dissertation, marginal man! in the class means the students who are separated from other classmates and lack contact with others, resulting in that they cannot get good development.The concrete features of the Marginal man! in the class is as follows: lack of emotional communication,information communication and academic counseling in the class.The second part explores the causes of the formation of Marginal man! in the class. "Marginal man" in the class is produced in the process of interaction.There are two main factors resulting in the predicament of marginal man! in the class:(1)labeling effect in school education;(2)social and cultural differences.The third part discourses upon the internal require and practical basis of the transformation of marginal man !in the class.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures about how to realize the transformation of marginal man! in the class.With the awareness of making man into man!, promote the reconstruction of the value-direction of schooling; play the desired positive effect of Teacher Expectations to promote the transformation of "marginal man" in the class; construct equal and harmonious class culture.
