This article from the importance of pre-school education,to explore the necessity and importance of pre-school education development.Our country in the development of pre-school education,provides a good policy guarantee,promulgated the "national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)" and the " State Council opinions on the current development of preschool education".Through the study of these two documents,we can know that the construction of public kindergarten has attracted the attention of the government departments.However,in the actual survey visits,the community is mainly in private kindergarten based,the number of public kindergartens is far less than private,and the lack of appropriate regulation.The current public kindergarten resources is limited,even by the government to set up,invest huge sums of money in a short time can not solve the problem of "kindergarten crunch".Thus,in the process of kindergarten development,private kindergarten will still be an important support force in the field of pre-school education in china.With the increasing number of private kindergartens and people increasingly demand for high-quality pre-school education resources,how to promote the healthy development of private preschool education,how to promote the coordinated development of public and private kindergarten kindergarten,kindergarten development in China will be difficult to avoid problems.Therefore,the research on Ulanhot city kindergarten as an example,through the investigation and development of the local kindergarten,try to provide some reliable data analysis and description of the status quo for the related research of Chinese kindergarten education.And,the author uses questionnaire and interview method to conduct research for the current development of the kindergarten,kindergarten teachers and give full consideration to the views put forward good suggestions for the development of the local kindergarten,and strive to promote the development of China's kindergarten,earnestly implement the government laws and regulations for kindergarten development and policy requirements.Two methods of literature research and quantitative analysis are used in this paper.A city of Ulanhot to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as a typical representative,then study the problems in the development of the kindergarten,also to a large extent,on behalf of the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region kindergarten open problems,global existence and national problems in kindergarten.In view of the Ulanhot city kindergarten is so typical,this paper will study the status quo of development,the local kindergarten background,management,teachers and other aspects of research,at the same time,a comprehensive analysis of the local education yearbook,which summed up the deficiencies and problems in the development of kindergartens in the city.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions as follows:to establish and perfect the local education policies and regulations;improve the condition of the kindergartens;improve the quality of teachers,improve teachers' treatment;unified guidance and implementation of multilayer combination.
