The Research On The Status Of Contemporary College Students’ Friendly Quality And Improving Path

Contemporary college students are the future of the country and the hope of the nation, whose friendly quality have a profound influence on the ideological and moral qualities of the whole of the society. Based on the results of predecessors’ papers,combining with the new characteristics of contemporary college students’ thought and behavior, adopting the method of literature, interview, questionnaire survey research and so forth and following the law of the development of the knowledge,the emotion,the attitude, the practice.this paper has carried on the empirical research on the status of contemporary college students’ friendly quality, combined with the problems that exist in the empirical research and been based on the new trait of contemporary college students’environment for growth so as to constantly explore and innovate the approach of improving contemporary college students’ friendly quality.A survey shows that contemporary college students’ self-cognition about friendly quality basically conforms to expectations of social development. They tend to have a good understanding of the scientific connotation and the content of friendly quality,highly support the essential to improving the quality and take in friendly resources of fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation.to a certain extent. On the top of that, they show a positive attitude to the emotional experience of friendly behaviors. For example, they could condition a positive mental attitude to the amicable behaviors in the process of the life,learning and communication and have an opposite attitude to the unfriendly behaviors.Whereas, according to my figures, the faith of contemporary college students concerning friendly behaviors is not firm enough. It is extremely hard for contemporary college students to convert the friendly recognition into friendly behaviors, which makes a negative impact on the effect of friendly behaviors. Furthermore, obviously utilitarian motives, discriminative extent of behaviors, prevalent uncertainty of behaviors and the contradiction between recognition and behaviors are the primary features of weak effect of friendly behaviors.According to the current status and feature of contemporary college students’ friendly quality,dominated by classes which are aimed to boost college students’ self-cognition of friendly quality is a major approach to enhancing university students’ friendly quality. In addition, environmental influence which pay attention to cultivating a family atmosphere of humanness, loyalty, filial piety,fraternal love,nurturing a campus culture of friendship and mutual aid and fostering a humanistic spirit of worshiping morality and kindness. Thirdly , expanding practice platform especially organizing friendly quality’s thematic education activities based on traditional festival events and establishing a demonstration base of project of friendly quality based on service - learning platform is a key to improve friendly quality. Apart from that, we put emphasis on the self-taught and self-discipline which are intended to improve self-recognition, emotional experience and get into a good habit of carrying out friendly behaviors. Last but not least, the guarantee on the friendly quality is the institutional mechanisms construction. In other words, we should sound the incentive mechanism of worshiping morality and kindness, strengthen the protection mechanism of good deeds and perfect the alert mechanism of unrighteousness and misconduct.
