Social Work Service Project Community-based Child Protection Network Construction

Children are families' hope and the future of our country.The protection of child's rights and interests is so important but the frequent occurrence of child injuries in the communities had caused widespread concern in society in recent years.In the years of social transformation,the living environment for children is becoming complex and more risky.To build a child protection network is particularly important nowadays.In relation to this social work service center in J City carried out the community "child friendly"community construction projects,through which to enhance the social support for community children.It is conducive to explore the path of government-purchasing social worker service intervention in children' community protection.The existing research showed that the construction of child protection and safety network played an important role in the protection of children.This article focuses on the child's protection network,and studies the following questions:what is the security requirement for the service object;how the social work organization takes activities to protect the network of children;what is the formation and function of the child protection network;how to solve the difficulties in the construction of network of children.The purpose of this article is:to explore social resources,integrate social forces,perfect the child protection policy,summarize the child protection network build strategy,and to build a network with comprehensive protection for children which prevents their legitimate interests from being violated,and their mind and body developed healthily.Based on the empowerment theory,we stressed the support of all parties to ensure the safety of children' lives and improve their ability to protect themselves.the idea is structured as followed:this study takes the child's protection and "child-friendly"community construction project of J city as an example.It combines qualitative and quantitative methods to obtain first-hand information and to understand the safety of community children.I first research J city community child safety requirements,and the corresponding activity plan according to the demands.Secondly,this paper discusses the activities and results of the child's safety network construction,and analyzes the difficulties and their reasons.Then,summed up the strategy of the construction of child protection network,and concludes a strategy of network construction which mainly includes strengthening child protection consciousness,improving infrastructure construction and child protection linkage mechanism construction.Finally,i summarizes and give some advice.Through the study we found that the current situation of child's protection in China is not optimistic,Child protection network construction still needs to be perfected.The suggestions mainly includes three aspects:The first is the government need to strengthen the support child's career development;The second is the child's services need to improve its service ability;The last is to improve the child's services project evaluation index.Through this research,we hope to provide reference for relevant research about the network with comprehensive protection for children,and make them develop smoothly.
