Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the reform has gradually penetrated into all levels,and the construction of democratic politics has achieved great results.Under the background of the maturation of democratic politics,the democratization and modernization of political development are valued by the party and the state,and the higher requirements are put forward.According to the survey of the domestic Internet users by the relevant departments of the state,the number of domestic users is fast Growth,until December 2016,the number of domestic Internet users has been more than half of the number of 731 million,the proportion of domestic Internet users in Asia and even the world average.The number of domestic Internet users has been equivalent to the total population of Europe.It is can be seen,the network have a huge impact on the study,work,lifestyle of citizens.College students as the backbone of the future social development,but also the main Internet users,with a high political quality and participation in enthusiasm,published political will,inject the fresh blood into the national political life.But we should also see that,due to the long-term life of college students in the campus,the social experience is simple,the ability of distinguishing between right and wrong,screening information is weak,and it is easy to be false network information misleading.In the rapid development of the network today,how to guide the students to play the value of the political participation of the network,play the advantages of the network correctly,provide services for college students better,more and more attention caused by educators.The network is undoubtedly important of the auxiliary tools,so to strengthen the network of college students to participate in political research has great positive significance.Firstly,based on the Marxist theory of political participation and the socialist political participation with Chinese characteristics,defines the relevant concepts of college students’political participation and analyzes the characteristics and value of college students’ political participation.Secondly,we have selected some colleges and universities in Nanjing to carry out the questionnaire survey,from the participation of the platform,the expression of participation in the expression of social hot events,the views of the prospects of political participation in the analysis of the status quo of participation;students in the network political participation exists Participation behavior is unreasonable,participation in psychological immaturity,participation in the low efficacy,the negative impact of the network and other issues,from the government,schools,college students and other three dimensions in-depth analysis of the reasons for the existence of the problem.Finally,it puts forward several measures to how to guide the students’ healthy and orderly network politics participation:strengthen and perfect the government function and legal system of network times,strengthen the role of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and pay attention to the self education of college students.
