Research On Network Political Participation Of College Students And Their Guidance

The rapid development of the Internet marks the arrival of the era of globalnetwork, along with the computer technology, communication technology and thepopularization of information technology, the Internet has affected people’s work,study, life and other fields. Especially in the aspect of political life, the network forcitizens’ political participation channels----provides a new network politicalparticipation. Today, the network political participation with the advantages of its ownby the broad masses of the college students, it has become a new way of politicalparticipation. But college students in the process of network political participationalso exists some problems, such as complex network political participation motivation,self-efficacy of network political participation is low, the network politicalparticipation means, etc. All these problems restrict the orderly development ofcollege students’ network political participation.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article is divided into threechapters.First of all, the network political participation of students, defining the coreconcepts, related to the Marxist concept of political participation, based on the theoryof deliberative democracy in the constitution and relevant laws and regulations in ourcountry as the legal basis, to explore the relevance between college students’ networkpolitical participation, and probes into the importance of college students’ networkpolitical participation.Second, choose five universities in the province of field interviews,questionnaires and analysis of present situation and characteristics of college students’network political participation, and the main problems and the reasons for furtheranalysis. It is concluded that the main problems are: complex participation motivationand low self-efficacy of participation, participation means of anomie, etc. Fromsociety, government, school, family and college students themselves and the five aspects analysis the main reasons for this.Finally, this article to guide students to an orderly network political participationseveral measures are put forward: to restore the mainstream social consciousness,apply colors to a drawing the atmosphere of the college students’ network politicalparticipation; The government should perfect the legal system, to guide the practice ofthe college students’ network political participation; Colleges and universities shouldstrengthen the education guidance, improve the level of political participation ofcollege students’ network; The family should advocate democratic decision-making,political participation of college students’ network model; College students shouldpay attention to education, raise their quality of network political participation.
