This paper takes Liaoning Province Track and field team in the women's pole vault key athletes training mode as the research object,the movement of literature,interview,with the team training method,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics on the training mode of motion mode,training mode selection,motion model of rehabilitation and sports management pattern to carry on the research analysis,analysis the results are as follows:1.Selection of athletes training mode,the Liaoning team in the women's pole vault key players and some physical,some motion technology is good,have different characteristics in the character and personal qualities,but have become the high level athlete's potential.Liaoning athletes body shape with the national team does not have the difference,the physical quality of athletes of Liaoning there was a significant difference in the upper limb strength with the national team,the athlete body shape selection of scientific and rational,not affect the athletes won the main factors of upper limb strength is weak,is one of the factors affecting the competitive ability of Liaoning players.From the analysis of sports performance factors that influence the performance of our team there is a gap between China's overall level of training and overseas advanced theory and technology training,followed by China's vast territory,large differences across north latitude,athletes and athletes in the techniques of the south is one of the factors that affect the performance of our team.From the age analysis think I athletes at the age of thirteen or fourteen began training,development potential,there exists a phenomenon of spoil things by excessive enthusiasm,professional ability training early problems.2.Sports training mode in the training process is the key to form a training level and athletic ability.Our team training cycle is divided into big cycle training,annual training,training and training on cycle cycle,cycle training all aspects of training content and training load arrangement load preparation period,competition and fallow period training arrangement.Our team before the training to the technical training and psychological counseling,the physical training is less,this may cause the athlete upper limb strength is not good.From peacetime and competition can see our athletes can maintain a good mental state in competition period,play the normal level.3.development cycle analysis in three stages,zero to two base period,mainly in the power and the special technical training,to lay a good foundation,better able to enter the next stage;the two level to level for growing mainly in the speed and the special quality of the training,and then specialize in speed and special quality in the foundation a period of good,let the special achievement of mature slowly,step by step steadily rise;a level to master as the breakthrough period,mainly in the comprehensive physical quality and the special technical training,at this stage the results will have a period of time stopped,reached a bottleneck period is difficult to break,perfect to breakthrough to strengthen the comprehensive physical quality and the special technical cooperation,to obtain a break through.
