Junior high school stage is the key period of the growth and development of young people,this period of junior high school students not only in the physical and psychological aspects of the rapid changes in school also become more arduous,this series of changes make junior high school stage has become a problem High incidence period.Therefore,it is the subject of many researchers to find important factors that affect the behavior of adolescents and carry out targeted prevention interventions.In recent years,there have been endless research on the relationship between parental rearing activities and junior high school students' behavior at home and abroad.Coparenting has an important influence on the growth and learning of junior high school students as an important aspect of parental rearing.With the rapid development of social economy,the domestic dual-career families more and more,and high sense of work pressure will also have a certain impact on the co-education of parents.This study will study the relationship between parental work stress,cooperative education and junior high school students' behavior.Research from the perspective of dyadic data,in-depth mining of parental work pressure and co-education between the actors and object effects.In this study,the questionnaire was used to collect the data of 376 pairs of workers' families.The results showed that:(1)the effect of father's work pressure on the unity of father's co-education,the effect of the conflict dimension was significant;the mother's sense of work pressure(2)the work of the mother's sense of pressure on the unity of the co-education of the mother's work,and the effect of the mother's sense of pressure on the object of parental education and unity The negative impact of behavior is greater than the negative impact of the work of the father's sense of pressure on the unity of self-education.In the study,the author explores the mediating role of parent and mother's co-education in the work of parents and the behavior of junior high school students.It is found that the effect of parental work stress on the behavior of junior high school students is influenced by parents The role of parenting,in which the father of a sense of pressure through the father of co-education through the child's behavior.The inspiration of this study is: in the family life,we not only in their own work in the workplace to withstand the pressure to manage,so as not to affect the child's behavioral problems,but also need to pay attention to the spouse's pressure on their own impact,these Will have a negative effect on the growth and learning of junior high school students.If you can in the process of rearing care with his wife more solid behavior,less conflict behavior,it will not have too much problem on the child's behavior Negative impact.
