With the reform of education system,the further development of educational diversion,the uneven distribution of educational resources,generally concentrated in urban areas.In this case,more and more peasant children choose secondary vocational education as another way to enhance their own.Education is the main mechanism of social mobility,and the relationship with social mobility is complex and diversified.By discussing the relationship between secondary vocational education and the employment of peasant children and their social mobility,it is of great significance to realize the self-development system of secondary vocational education and improve the quality of the employment of peasant children and realize their reasonable social mobility.This paper first selects two representative vocational schools by judging the sampling,and analyzes the educational mechanism of the current secondary vocational school in the form of questionnaire,including its professional setting,teacher setting,management setting,assignment of internship and so on.Secondly,To interview as the main form of students into the enterprise within two years of employment flow description and summary.Based on the theory of social mobility and the theory of cultural reproduction of Bourdieu,the internal relationship between secondary vocational education and social movement of peasant children is mainly manifested in the fact that,on the one hand,secondary vocational education is provided to middle school students to a certain extent A certain advantage,on the other hand,vocational education to a certain extent become a class reproduction tool.Finally,based on the research of this article,we try to improve the employment quality of the secondary vocational school students by improving the external environment of the society and reforming the self-education system of the secondary vocational education in two aspects.
