Study On The Issues Of New Professional Farmers Cultivation

At present,the development of agriculture in China is facing serious problems of employees declined,land are desolated,security of the food.Each side has been paid attention on the stress of how to develop agriculture and solve the problems of “issue of agriculture,the countryside and farmers”.For this purpose,the government put forward the requirement of “vigorously cultivating new-type professional farmers”.Minqin County,Wuwei City was listed among 100 national pilot counties of cultivating new-type professional farmers in 2013,carry the work in cultivating new-type professional farmers.The paper carry the preliminary investigate and summary for it.This paper analyzes the necessity of carrying out the work of cultivating and developing new professional farmers by combining with the current problems of “issue of agriculture,the countryside and farmers” and food security.This paper indicates the significance of the new professional farmers to the agricultural development,increasing farmers ' income and ecological environmental protection of Minqin County through analyzing the difficulties facing the development of agriculture,the critical natural ecological environment and farmers' limitations in technology and ideology,big gap between urban and rural and so on in Minqin County.Paper studies the implementation,existing problems,and reasons leading to the problems of cultivating new professional farmers in Minqin County through ways of work participation,questionnaires,field visits and so on.And summary the improvements and changes on self-development consciousness,ideology and attention to agricultural development support policies of the new professional farmer.By learning the advanced experience of other regions domestically and abroad,this paper puts forward six countermeasures including changing concepts and ideas,following principles of cultivating farmers,enriching cultivating contents,increasing financial investment,strengthening rural infrastructure construction and making full use of internet resources.After a comprehensive analysis on the status of agricultural development,farmers' conditions and new professional farmer cultivation situation in Minqin County,this paper sums up three conclusions: the first conclusion is that the adjustment and development of agricultural structure in Minqin County need the strength of new professional farmers to participate;Second,for the moment,new professional farmers' effect on the development of agricultural in Minqin County isn't ideal;Third,the new professional farmer cultivation work in Minqin County still faces with great difficulties.
