In the process of accelerating the integration of urban and rural areas,in order to improve the students' learning environment and improve the quality of compulsory education in rural areas,the national exploration and introduction of rural compulsory education resources integration policy,that is “withdraw points and school”.Due to natural environmental factors,Minqin County in Wuwei has advocated policy in recent years,and education and labor migration are two of them.Some young adults went out to work.After a certain foundation,they moved their homes slowly,leaving only a few empty nesters in their homes.After graduating from high school,all the students who go to college get jobs outside and get married outside.These cases have led to the less and less Minqin population,resulting in the distribution of schools in rural areas,small classes,small numbers of students,inadequate use of educational resources and more waste of educational resources.The rural school teachers are relatively low in cultural level,the quality of teaching is uneven,the number of teachers is small,the teaching task is heavy,and even a teacher teaches a number of subjects.This situation makes the integration of educational resources a necessity.This paper consists of four parts.The first part clarifies the related concepts and basic theories.The second chapter first clarifies the status of the withdrawal points and schools from four aspects of the compulsory education and the number and layout of kindergartens,the source of preschool education,the present situation of the teachers and the education information.Secondly,it studies the background of the withdrawal points and schools in Minqin County.Under the influence of policy,the change of the total amount of school-age children in rural areas,the development of urbanization and so on,it also summarizes the practice of the withdrawal points and schools in Minqin County,as well as the effectiveness of the withdrawal points and schools in Minqin County.The third part studies the problems facing the withdrawal points and schools in Minqin County,which mainly include the new “school difficulty” in the rural areas and the education of the students in the rural areas.This increase and the imperfect boarding conditions affect the development of students' physical and mental health,and analyze the causes of the problems.The main reason is that the withdrawal policy ignores the equity of education starting point,the rural education financialsystem is not perfect,the teacher allocation can not meet the needs of the rural compulsory education development.The fourth part is the focus of this paper.Point out.The Optimization Countermeasures of “withdrawal point and school” in Minqin County: one is rational treatment of small scale rural schools and the protection of students' right to education;two is to build the benefit compensation mechanism,reflect the principle of educational equity;three is to improve the educational financial system,provide adequate financial support,and four to improve the overall level of teachers.
