Investigation And Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers

At present,China is in a critical period of shifting from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.It is essential to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy,and cultivate new professional farmers.The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has become the top priority of the work of the Party and the government.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of farmers,issued a series of relevant policy documents to give support,and researches on the cultivation of new professional farmers emerge in an endless stream.However,it mainly focuses on the overall research of the new professional farmer group under a certain perspective or a certain region,and less targeted research on the individual of the new professional farmer.Under this background,carry out the case study and analysis of the cultivation of new professional farmers in Dingyuan County.This paper mainly expounds the importance of studying the cultivation of new professional farmers under the current historical background and the strong support of national policies,and comprehensively sorts out the research status at home and abroad through literature research method.Based on the theory of comprehensive human development,human capital and life course,the core concepts of traditional farmer,new professional farmer and cultivation are defined and the theoretical foundation is laid.Selection has certain breeding achievements of dingyuan county as the research,based on the local field survey and data analysis,summarizes the dingyuan county agricultural rural development situation and the present condition of the new type of professional farmers cultivating,selecting local 8 representative new professional farmers as the research object,on an interview,and summarized its typical characteristics,Combined with the case study to analyze the life course of eight new professional farmers,summed up the influence factors of the new professional farmers cultivation process in Dingyuan County are respectively: age,educational level,social experience under the personal background;Cultivation of new varieties,prevention and control of diseases and insect pests,and sale of agricultural products in the process of agricultural production;The influence of cultivating contents,cultivating methods and cultivating supporting policies under cultivating conditions.Based on the analysis of the life course and the factors influencing the cultivation of new professional farmers in Dingyuan County,this paper puts forward the following ways to improve the cultivation of Dingyuan County: broaden the target of cultivation,cultivate professional talent team;Build a multi-teacher platform,build a multi-teacher team,and cooperate with colleges and universities in running schools;Constructing a new cultivation system,scientifically adjusting the cultivation content,innovating the cultivation mode,and increasing the cultivation policy support,so as to achieve the optimal cultivation path,and provide a certain reference basis for further promoting the cultivation of newprofessional farmers in Dingyuan County.
