In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Tasks of the Lide Tree.The Opinion states: "The Ministry of Education will organize a study on the system of developing students' core competencies." To refine the core knowledge of disciplines to various disciplines and implement them in classroom teaching can lay the foundation for the cultivation of core literacy.Chemistry has played an important role in promoting human progress.Strengthening the training of students' core quality in chemistry classroom teaching is helpful to improve the quality of Chemistry Teaching in middle school and help students to develop in an all-round way.Cultivation of chemistry core literacy of students is to enable students to improve the ability of learning chemistry and comprehensive development.It is the core knowledge,core competence,core attitude and core concept that students gain in practice.It is a key accomplishment for students to develop in chemistry learning activities and to solve the problems related to Chemistry.This thesis is based on theoretical research,based on questionnaires,and takes practical research as a means.In brief analysis summarized the concept,core competence and core literacy chemistry elements,theoretical basis of developing ways of the design,develop core literacy of the subject research of chemistry from two aspects of inquiry teaching design and teaching "in case".The design of three inquiry teaching cases of "Formula of ethanol ","Important compounds of aluminium" and "ion reaction and its occurrence condition" is studied,The teaching design of "chemistry bond","oxidation reduction reaction" unit chemistry teaching based on educational background is studied.Through the questionnaire survey and the contrast practice research,the analysis research validity.
