A Study On Vocational Ability Promotion Of Counselors In Non-governmental University

Non-governmental university plays an important part in higher education in our country.It is its task to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialist.The counselor,the backbone of ideological and political education in non-governmental university,is the organizer,executor and director in ideological and political education.Also,it plays an important role in the school life.Nowadays,the bottleneck of vocational ability of non-governmental university counselors becomes worse and worse.The object of this study is to enhance the vocational ability of non-governmental university counselors includes three factors:its situation,reasons and countermeasures.In order to find out some resolution to break this bottleneck,there are several methods in the passage which are documentary research,questionnaire survey,synthesis analytic method and so on.It appeals to establish the best mechanism for vocational ability of non-governmental university counselors.This will improve their work efficiency and make non-governmental university more wonderful.From my point of view,it is the key and the base to enhance the vocational ability of non-governmental university counselors.Also,it is a hard work and needs great efforts.It depends on all the complications which include national policy,the social environment,on-governmental university and its counselors.Only in this way can we realize our dream to make non-governmental university best.
