Research On The Construction Of The Counselor Team During The Transition Period Of The Promotion Of Secondary Vocational Education

Counsellors are the organizers,implementers,and mentors of ideological and political education,student day-to-day management,employment guidance,mental health,and the construction of student caucus.At the same time,it is an important link between students and schools.With the acceleration of the “popularization” of higher education and the increase in the demand for high-level skilled talents,higher vocational education is booming.A large number of secondary vocational colleges are following this trend and have actively upgraded their chips to higher vocational colleges.As a tie counselor,it is of great value to realize the transition from a vocational school to a higher vocational college.Then,how to build a team of counselors and give full play to their role is a problem that needs to be solved urgently during the transition to upgrading.Based on this,the study focuses on the construction of counselors team,sorts out relevant documents first,defines its core concepts,and uses top-level design and two-factor theory as guidance to retrospect the development process of counselors and analyze in depth the special period of “upgrading transformation”.The construction of the instructor team presents new features.Taking Guangzhou Health Science College as an example,an empirical research method such as survey questionnaires was used to analyze the status quo and characteristics of the construction of counselors during the transitional transition period,as well as the dilemma of thinking,system and mechanism,and to propose targeted measures.
