At present,international competition is the competition of overall national strength,that is talent competition, the talented person's competition of creativity, yet, the key to innovation ability is the ability to find the problems. In order to train the students' ability to discover problems, our country's compulsory education stage set "ability of finding problems " as the objective in the mathematics curriculum standard. To cultivate students "ability of finding problems " in Math class, first,we should start from learning mathematics class in rural high school, because the situation of cultivating the ability of finding problems is worse in rural high school. and the rural students' ability to learn mathematics is weaker. Therefore,the practice which cultivate students "ability of finding problems " lays the effective foundation for the curriculum standard turning into the reality.Firstly,this research studies literature analysis, and gets a comprehensive understanding of the status quo in cultivating students' ability of finding math problems at home and abroad.Secondly the author studied of rural high school mathematics classroom performance by way of questionnaire, interview, observation and found that the students lack a lot of knowledge accumulation, no ability to discover problems; The classroom atmosphere is not active, students lack initiative, students cannot find; Teachers arranged, carelessly found that the problem ability, don't give students found that the problem of time and chance; Teachers' lack of students in the process of mathematics study found that the problem of guidance.Finally aimed at these problems, we give the corresponding teaching strategies and show clips and the corresponding teaching practice process, strengthen the basic knowledge to consolidate and enhance students' basic knowledge and basic ability;Active classroom atmosphere, let the students to pick up the interest in mathematics,enhance the students' mathematics question consciousness to improve students' learninginitiative; Teachers attach importance to the ability to find the problems, give students more demonstrations, time and opportunity to the student, the guidance of teachers to strengthen students found the problem.
