The problem of finding and asking questions was formally proposed in the mathematics curriculum standard of compulsory education(2011 edition),which shows that the ability of students to find and ask questions is of great significance in mathematics learning.First of all,the students will ask questions for the improvement of students' ability to solve problems;Secondly, the question will be helpful to the cultivation of students' mathematical thinking; Finally, students will ask questions that are conducive to the formation of a sense of innovation. But rural primary school students "no problem" phenomenon is more serious, teachers should strengthen the ability to question students. In this study,Starting from the weakness of the students' ability to ask questions in mathematics in our school,we conducted an in-depth investigation into the current situation of the ability to ask questions in rural primary school students in the J District by means of questionnaires, questioning ability tests, classroom observations, and teacher interviews. The reasons for the weak ability of students to ask questions are analyzed: Teachers and students do not understand the meaning of "raising mathematical problems";The deterrent effect of teachers restricts students 'enthusiasm for asking questions;Teachers' teaching concepts are outdated and their methods are single;Students lack awareness of mathematical problems;Students lack life experience;Students have weak mathematical foundations and imperfect cognitive structures;Students are not good at expressing and lack questioning skills;Parents are not in a position to guide their students' correct values.Based on the above research results,a preliminary training strategy is proposed, and a teaching experiment is conducted on the strategy, and the preliminary strategy is adjusted and improved during the experiment. Finally,it puts forward a scientific and effective teaching strategy: Teachers and students strengthen their understanding of the meaning of "raising mathematical problems";Create a relaxed and pleasant questioning atmosphere;Create a mathematical situation and develop the ability to ask questions;Causing curiosity and inspiring consciousness of mathematical problems;Using multimedia assisted teaching to enrich mathematics learning resources;A solid mathematical foundation and a good cognitive structure;Normalize mathematical language expression and improve questioning skills;Strengthen group cooperation and promote the development of mathematics questioning ability.
