The end result is that the physical education teachers fear fear feet first, misgivings, very difficult to carry out some dangerous, but it is very important to improve the curriculum system for the students. So, whether it is from what point of view, it will allow students to reduce interest in sports hobby, while working for the conduct of sports will bring obstacles to students' physical and mental health while also bring some negative effects, affect the body improve quality. Therefore, it should be high school sports injuries characteristics and causes of rational analysis, through proper sports injury prevention measures to ensure a smooth school physical education can be pursued at the same time, for the maintenance of schools, teachers and the legitimate rights and interests of the students have a direct effect.This paper investigates the present situation of sports injuries in secondar y schools in Danzhai County by means of literature review, questionnaire su rvey, mathematical statistics and case analysis. The paper also makes a case study on the sports injury accidents in Danzhai County Middle School. The resu lts show that the physical injury accidents in Danzhai Middle School have the characteristics of individuality, suddenness and attribution diversity. The fre quency of sports injury accidents is high, and it is higher in boys than that of g irls. Sports competition is the most prone to sports injuries, especially soccer and basketball. The safety of sports equipment and the protection measures are not perfect. Some students lack of safety knowledge and skills, good psych ological quality and self-restraint, this leads to security risks continue to emerg e. Research shows, Danzhai County middle school sports injury prevention an d treatment system has not yet formed. Based on this, the basic ideas, prop ositions and countermeasures are put forward.
