| In the wake of Golf developments in China,it has been only 32 years since the first China golf course was completed in 1984.During this 32 years,Golf industry have gone through the hard times of beginning,prosperity of high speed development,and also a confused stage under central tighten policy.When we look back to the 32 years history,many practitioners and research fellows have studied on research of golf industry development throughout every periods.But so far,there is no any academic article which takes the aspect of the relationship between golf facilities supplied and golfer demanded.Through documentary method,sampling survey method and statistical technique,this report tries to find out various c in theory affecting the yearly playing rounds of golf course facilities.Then I would perform a regression analysis to find out the main factors which are significant to the yearly playing rounds of golf course facilities.Then improving suggestions,were proposed.Through the analysis of demand,we find out the ways to improve needs of golfers.Through contrast analysis,the supply and demand of Chinese golf facilities present an uneven development.One of the ways to improve current over-supply is given by controlling the construction of golf facilities,developing the Golf Tourism,and strengthening regional economies.Through the surveys from demand-side,which are golfers,the increasing of sports population would bring more potential golf players for some time to come.If more effort would be focused on shortening sports hours,price-off promotions,exploring more avenues for public participation,and promoting playing fun to increase the new golf population,more people would enjoy this sport.As a leisure sports,China golf enjoys the national support so that we has enough potential golfers compared with American Golf industry.Along with the further development of economy,these potential golfers would be the main force for improving the demand of golf sports in China. |
