Golf has been in China for thirty years since the first golf club had been opened in Guangdong province in 1984. These thirty years,the rapid development of China's economy has attracted worldwide attention. China's golf industry also take China's economic express has been booming. Hainan Province, as a relatively developed tourism province, in the support of government policies, the golf industry in the past 10 years showed an explosive growth, making an important contribution to Hainan's tourism economy. However,in recent years,the government has promulgated a series of control policies regarding Golf enterprise,Real estate,making the province's Golf enterprises have a difficult business situation. Golf enterprises play an important role to boost the tourism economy, balancing the tourism industrial structure, solving employment, increasing taxes.Therefore, under the new situation of regulate and control national policy, it is very important to study and looking for new way for the survival and development environment of Golf enterprise.First of all, this paper reviewed the past Golf industry related research results. The existing researches,main conclusions and the main basis were summered in this paper. At the same time, do a brief discussion for the use of management theory which are enterprise strategic management theory, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, the core competitiveness of enterprises theory. Based on the relevant theories,analysis the Haikou M Golf Club's environment as an example from macroscopic and microscopic layer, to identify the factors affecting the development of enterprises,then based on above analysis making a final conclusion and suggestion regarding how to make rational development strategy. Through the research of this paper can effectively help enterprise management make scientific and reasonable strategic decision. This paper gives suggestions for how to balance the golf,golf real estate and golf resort development in an enterprise. Those suggestions can effectively reduce the risk which is affected by the policy,the market fluctuation during the process of enterprise operation.This article mainly includes six parts,respectively is the review of the mainstream theory introduction,elated theory,PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, strategy implementation and the formulation,conclusion and suggestion.
