The Study Of Female College Students' Gender-role Attitudes Activation

Human beings have sex with their birth,they have gradually formed gender-role attitudes in the process of social development.Female college students as the most important component of the college students,their development is bound to pay attention to.Correct gender-role attitudes is advantageous to the college female students to have a clear understanding of themselves,to enhancing their subjective awareness,to achieve their free and comprehensive development.This paper is in the perspective of Ideological and political education.The author is taking the gender concept of female college students as the research object,using in-depth interviews and data analysis to summarize the current situation of female college students' gender-role attitudes.On the basis of the summary,The author seek to found the problem,and solve the problem.There are four part to research the cultivation of female college students' gender-role attitudes.The first part,the author expounded the main concepts of Chinese traditional gender-role attitudes,modern gender-role attitudes and the cultivating of female college students' gender-role attitudes.This study is carried out under the vision of Ideological and political education,Marx's theory of women liberation is the theoretical basis of the study.The second part,through the analysis of research methods in-depth interviews and data,the author summarized the current situation of female college students' gender-role attitudes.The author found that female college students both from view of love and marriage,career awareness and political and social affairs in the sense of overall tend to modernization;but at the same time,the traditional gender-role attitudes still influence the female college students in a certain extent.The third part,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of female college students' gender-role attitudes,the author found that shows female college students had cognitive errors of “Gender Equality” and women in modern gender concept and the conflict between modern gender-role attitudes attitude and thereality.The reason for these problems is mainly due to the inheritance of the traditional gender concept,the positive influence of Marx's theory of women liberation and the western advanced thought and the lack of gender-role attitudes cultivation in Colleges and Universities.In the fourth part,the author makes a deep thinking on the existing problems,and seeks the path of the cultivation of female college gender-role attitudes.In this paper,the author expounds this problem from three aspects.First,we should to optimize the content and method of Ideological and political education.Secondly,we should to strengthen self education of female students in Colleges and universities.Finally,we should to create a good atmosphere of cultivation of female college gender-role attitudes.
